I had that problem in the past as well, I have a solution that worked well for me. Just stream netflix or hulu or something like that while you torrent then they have trouble tracking it because it appears as the video streaming is causing the download signal.
Well they can figure it out but since streaming service use a similar amount of bandwidth it does make it less likely for them to notice and as I said it worked for me. But I quit using torrents since.
