I just got home from seeing Crystal Lake here in Los Angeles. I had the pleasure of meeting and talking to Ryo for a min. Super nice guy, he was kind enough to sign a copy of Helix for me.

If only it weren't December. Getting to Cleveland in a snow storm to see them and potentially getting stranded or killed isn't worth it. Alas, another year without seeing these guys. I'm sure I'll get the chance before they retire.

If I understand correctly it'll be his only solo release? someone with better Japanese skillz confirm ↓ It's gonna be mostly guitars with little vocal.

Then there's this collab with 出鱈目次郎 (I'm 75% sure it's Detarame Jirou) on a song ラストオーダ (Last Order) which is AWESOME and I love it. 
 
I think he was the vocalist of セプテンバーミー (September Me).
 
 

キズ announced and played their new single 黒い雨 (Black Rain) at today’s live at TSUTAYA O-EAST. 
 
Looks are white tuxedos, and song sounds like an anime ending, featuring Lime on acoustic guitar and Lalala’s. 
 
As as an extent to today’s simultaneous live, I attended O-WEST where they displayed a video about today’s concept. Then acoustic live of Lime (Solo). 4 or 5 songs. We were then invited to exchange our ticket for a surprise O-East full live, two hours later. Everyone was stunned lmao.
