@WhirlingBlack Too weird. 2016 has been an emotional roller coaster in every way and it's only the start of May. I have enjoyed songs/albums from all three bands, but it's mostly saddening to me for their fans. My heart goes out to the fans of any, if all (hopefully not ;;), of the bands. I found it horrifying just seeing not 1, but 3 disbandments in one sitting. I feel terrible for their fans. @yakihiko I so feel you. Such figures gone at the same time. : / I still can't believe BORN.

I remember when I showed a group of friends Jrock and Jpop, their main and usually only question was on the lines of "how can you listen to them when you don't know what they're saying?" This is just a small experience of mine but one I think also goes to show what everyone has already said above.

Less than one month now before Fire Emblem Fates arrives over here. Got all my pairings ready to support to the heavens and looking forward to just having three games in one. While I've heard bad things on the plot as I was expecting, I'm still excited and know it'll be well worth all the time I put into it and will be super enjoyable, combat wise and character wise. Awakening is one of the few games I can spam and replay all day long, so adding three more routes/stories alongside it pretty much the same gameplay and what looks like even better/lovable characters is making me so impatient. I had been thinking of doing a thread specifically for the franchise/3DS players, but I'll just ask here for the time being: anyone got either game and want to exchange friend codes/my castle address? It's an awkward adding system where both need each others' info to add, and not much luck happened with the few I've seen in the ids/gamertags thread.

That super covered, super recent scandal between indigo la end/Gesu no Kiwami Otome's vocalist and TV personality/singer Becky, their affair. It even being talked about for months, from a British newspaper (the guardian) doing an article about it (granted about Japan's sexism) to April Fools day jokes (arama) on it. I remember earlier on how it was the only thing being reported in some places. Wonder if its died down yet.
