First post here, but definitely not the first time gluing a bunch of stuff to my face in the name of visual kei

XAA-XAA's shinitai came today but I also went to pure sound and little HEARTS.
 

the top is for me, bottom is for a friend. Lots of Minus Jin-Say Orchestra and Ensoku for us both, lol.
 
I may have gotten another of Souiumono's BOMB x BOMB x BOMB to go to their in store...

The only release from August I've heard entirely is SUCCUBUS by THE GALLO and it was a real let down composition-wise but I didn't have high expectations for it to begin with so I'm not too bummed.

Parasite - I'm not big into Jiluka mostly because of the vocals but I kinda dig this. Maybe I'll look into them more?
 
OMINOUS - I haven't been big into Gazette since Filth in the Beauty but I thought this track was pretty nice. I feel like a lot of Gazette's song sound like it though.

Haven't gotten a chance to listen to the single yet, but I look forward to doing so soon based on your positive review. Sibil has been consistently interesting, and I appreciate their efforts to be demented without using heaviness as the medium to do so.

Wow, I did not know Izumi was like that. That changes my perspective of him completely. I really hope if worse comes to worse they decide to leave this label and not end up like everyone else.

DADAROMA reflects my tastes better too, but there are a few songs from CrazyShampoo that DADAROMA just can't replace. They'll get there :]

when it comes to music, art, literature, etc., your excitement is fully justified by your own subjective experience of the aesthetic object itself. it doesn't matter that you can't find anyone who feels exactly the same way as you (even though that might be nice), because your excitement shouldn't be contingent on their excitement in the first place. why should that be the case? there's also no such thing as not being allowed to be excited (what does that even mean..?).
 
when people who reasonably differ from your position explain why they don't like something, it's always better to take what they say as an invitation to understand why they don't like x, instead of why you are wrong to like x. this distinction is important because for most intents and purposes, aesthetic statements remain in the realm of the descriptive and don't enter the prescriptive (e.g. "so-and-so ought to like/dislike x"). (an interesting digression: the Emotivists were a group of philosophers who collapsed this difference and asserted that all moral statements such as 'murder is wrong' are effectively nothing but statements about personal taste--needless to say their arguments weren't taken very seriously at all.)
 
alternatively you can ignore everyone who disagrees with you and resist the temptation to engage with them.
 
honestly if i'm only allowed to get excited over releases that have been "approved" by other people i'd be out of this forum long ago. and if there's one thing i've learned it's that agreeing to disagree is one of the most important skills of surviving the Internet without risking a severe stroke.

The only two July releases I've listened to entirely are Fatal Error Race and Aoi Yami and I like them both. Good picks. 
I kinda like W.O.D.II a little better than Fatal Error Race but the two compliment each other well as yakihiko said.
 
Dadaroma's Ame no Waltz is also pretty good, but I haven't heard the whole single. I still prefer Crazy Shampoo, though.
 
I'm also kinda digging that Codomo Dragon song. If the rest of their music had a similar sound I'd totally to buy that album.
