I think he said it in a good, clear, non-rude-or-polarizing way. Technically he is correct, but at the same time, we all know we are here and know of Japanese music through downloading. Also uploading online in most countries isnt illegal. Downloading or reuploading usually is though. Loopholes in copyright law.

I feel like uploaders are still more at risk though, since they're the root of the problem. If you lock up everyone who's downloaded music at some point that's like 50% of your workforce gone.

Also it's hard from Masa's tone to tell if he's pissed or just disappointed. All we know is that the band is taking action now.
