So, well, I've wanted to join here for quite a while now, but have never had enough confidence to do it. I've actually, just today, decided to join as many social community things (sig..) as I could to try to socialise with the people I want to talk with more (even though I have no clue how to do ANY of these stuff on the internet....), but seeing as I known no one where I live who likes VK and Japanese music in general. So that's why I've decided now to join up here, in a random moment of feeling both scared and excited... So please go easy on me if I say something dumb or wrong, I just want to join in with you guys. There's too many awesome people here so, even though I'm shaking, I'd like to chat with you all as much as I can and make friends and just chat about what we all love.

I really love just reading discussions on here and last.fm because I really don't know anyone who have even heard of any Japanese bands. And I want to feel like I can join in, even though I'm not exactly the most intelligent listener in the scene and such. I just want to have fun like you all have, and I really didn't want to be too late coming on in here. Thanks so much for being this kind and welcoming, really. I hope everyone doesn't mind, my messages really can be the dumbest things on the planet. -.- I really will try, still shocked I'm even here and typing (and shaking urg, such a potato, sorry) I'll take all this on board and try to be more confident, I'm happy just being here on this part and chatting! Hello! I know this sounds really lame and all but, words can't express how grateful I am for your reply, because I was so nervous! So thank you! Oh, I'm allowed to join the chat, just like that? I found the site only a few months ago but I remember also seeing you and reading your comments. You're great! I'll definitely come on as often as I can, it's just.. I know I'm so embarrassing and silly. -.- But I'll try for once, thank you for the encouragement. Plastic Tree is my all time favourite, I just have a thing for the completely out there looking bands, like Mejibray and Lycaon. Other favourites are Deluhi and D'espairsRay (because of their voices man!) and Awoi and AvelCain, I'm so smitten by them both too. (Am I allowed to ask the same question back on here?) ...I also ran away from last'fm when I made it in January.. >< I saw people commenting on other people's accounts and felt very scared.. I have a phobia even on here of talking but I can make a wall of text, what!? Ah, yay, go Lycaon! I'm happy to hear that since I've read a lot of hate about their newer sounds. Still, gotta love their energy! I don't go outside at all apart from having to go to the dentist (braces..), so when a band does come over, I'm too scared to go out and see them. Maybe when I'm older. You did!? I would ABSOLUTELY LOVE to hear anything about it if you're free some time! I try to watch as many documentaries/live perfomances on the internet as I can so it feels like I'm there at least.

Oh my gosh, for 4 whole years? Ah, I totally understand, I was actually just going to do that before I saw others had actually commented on here and I felt much more comfortable. No need to shy away from LastFM. In my opinion, the LastFM community is the nicest one out there. I've met one of my best friends on there because we were complaining about some fangirlies at a Balzac concert in the shout box of the event... ;P

And honestly, chances are you are not going to get along with everyone, whether it's on LastFM or here on MH because just having the same taste in music doesn't mean you have anything else in common, really - However, discrepancies are usually a good thing because they encourage conversation; so don't hesitate to state your opinion, you'll probably find that a lot of people agree with you.

 

D'espairsRay is my all time favourite band, I still plan on finding Hizumi and marrying the fuck out of him.... just you wait Hizumi, just you wait.... (If he's already married by then, no problem, I'm open to polyamory)....

Of course I understand that, I just have no one in real life to talk about the music scene, so I wanted to actually join in for a change somewhere on the internet and I felt I could be happiest here. Kinda late, but welcome to MH I think we have rather different taste in VK (except for a few artists) but that's all good You listen to Matsushita Yuya too? I really love his music! <3

I love Yuya, he's one of the few male solo artists I enjoy listening to (I don't even know many actually xD). <3 I see you like vistlip as well?
