Hair is such a problematic thing. I really want to cut and dye it somehow, but I don't have any idea how...

Unless you have naturally dark hair and want a light colour, you'll need to bleach your hair first then dye it. Shit fucks up your hair so bad though so you'll have to give it a lot of maintenance. Applying the dye is the easy part.
