Oh shit, this was hard. I've just picked a list of 16 shows but that's a bit too easy, so I'll remove 6 of them. Beer, ginger beer and gin and tonic really does wonders when you're going out. A perfect mix of delicious tastes. It helps playing this song on repeat too. One of the best songs ever written.

This song is so bad I just can't hate it. It's so god daned awful in so many ways, but the "synth break" is superb. Silly, stupid, dumb as fuck and godfckingawful. So bad it's good. The rest of the song is very standard, though, but those parts of the song just makes it hilarious.

Mayhem tonight! The entire De Mysteriis Dom Sathanas, guys. Holy fuck, this is gonna be good! One Tail, One Head is playing first, and they were fantastic the last time I saw them. Should be fun!

I'm very surprised to see Fuyu no Castanet on the list to be honest. It's a bit different than your typical Merry song, but i always thought it was a very Merry-esque sounding song and it gives me a retro vibe too. Gotta admit I'm a huge fan of the song as well. I think it's fantastic.

I will se Mayhem perform this album in its entirety this friday. Thought they delivered very good the last two times I saw them, and the new videos of them are looking even better to be honest. This could become something quite special, this. Really looking forward to this!

That shouldn't come as a big surprise considering it's a horror film, and the word realistic and horror rarely goes hand in hand. It's a very poor way to describe not only a horror film, but a film in general as 90% of all films ever made are highly unrealistic. It's cool that it made you interested, though. It obviously did something right.

Finished Tales From the Crypt, season 5 the other day. Like the four previous seasons it's been excellent. Top 5 TV-series ever!

Jidaigeki are Japanese period dramas usually set to the Japanese Edo period, but you'll also find films set to both Heian and Meji periods too. It's films about samurai, farmers, craftsmen, and merchants of their time, but the samurai setting is the most common one and the one most people are familiar with. Samurai films, commonly called chambara, is an own subgenre of jidaigeki which includes films such as Seven Samurai, Yojimbo, Harakiri, Sanjuro, The Hidden Fortress and so on. But many of my favourite films are some of the "lesser known" ones like The Sword of Doom, Samurai Assassin, Samurai Rebellion, Lone Wolf and Cub, Lady Snowblood and so on. Both films such as The Lone Wolf and Cub series and Lady Snowblood belongs to the exploitation-side of chambara. More blood, violence and stuff. Incredible films. Anyway, I'm a huge fan of jidaigeki and chambara films in general.

It's good to see a film like Yojimbo on your list. Are you very familiar with jidaigeki aside from Akira Kurosawa's and the other big ones?

Why don't you believe this? My friends all seem to think it is a great film, so I don't see why it shouldn't be to be honest. They all have similar tastes to me and I actually trust them when it comes to films. We're the kind of people who don't give a fuck about IMDBRotten TomatoesMetacritic scores or reviews, we watch films and make up our own opinions on them and recommend each other films. Frede Alvarez, the director, also made the very impressive remake/reboot of Evil Dead, which sure gives me much higher hopes for this film. Been very keen to see this for ages now (since Alvarex first started talking about it). But that doesn't mean it's not a horror film. Not all horror films are there to scare the living shit out of you. Different films and different sub-genres and blendings serve a different purpose. Films like Captain Kronos – Vampire Hunter, Alien, Evil Dead II, Dracula, Mr. Vampire, The Hound of the Baskervilles, Frankenweenie, Martyrs, Eden Lake are all horror films but they serve a different purpose (in 2016 at least), just to take a few examples. But at the end of the day the line between horror and thrillers are very blurry and it can be really hard to tell the difference here and there.

Why would you say it was more a thriller? I don't get that at all as the film is horror from A to Z. And CHapter 3 was disappointing. It's watchable, but I doubt I'll ever rewatch it. Look out for that Elise Rainier-scene. You'll know exactly which one I am talking about when you see it. I have rarely seen anything so out of character in a film before. Ridiculous and laughable as hell.

Finally got around to watch Captain America: Civil War and it didn't disappoint at all. OK, so it's not Winter Soldier all right. This is more straight-forward popcorn-action ala The Avengers, than the thiller that is Winter Soldier. But it was a tour de force of fun from A to Å, and I wasn't bored a second. Not once did I focus on anything else than the film. Some disappointing CGI throughout the film, but a lot of the action scenes as well as humour makes up for it. There's some very un-american martial arts scenes in this film, and a few of them aren't even close to being cut to death like they usually are. Was especially impressed with Black Widow for a few scenes. Badass! It doesn't have as much meat on its body as Winter Soldier, and simply lacks Winter Soldiers' depth. BUt it's all fun and entertaining. Great work! It's good to see that Marvel have finally started to hit the spot. Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Ant-Man and Captain America: Civil War are all great and I hope they can continue keeping this level intact. I do expect them to do so with Doctor Strange, Black Panther and Ant-Man and the Wasp. I can't wait for the next Ant-Man film. It's gonna be so good! On top of that they've delivered with several series already. Agent Carter, Daredevil and Jessica Jones have been great, and my expectations towards Luke Cage, Iron Fist, The Defenders and The Punisher is extremely high. Kinda looking forward to Damage Control too, even though I am afraid it'll ned of like the disappointing Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. We'll see.

FInally got around to see The Conjuring 2, and while a step or two down from its predecessor, it's still fantastic. James Wan lives and breaths horror which he once again proves to us, and I am happy he turned down Fast & Furious 8 and the massive amounts of money he'd gotten for it to do this, even though he proved to us with Fast & FUrious 7 that he can do a lot more than just horror. Like its predecessor it's all well known and unoriginal, but it's so familiar that it turns into a breath of fresh air. Well-written and superbly directed, acted and made. Super atmosphere from begining to end, and what more than that can we wish for? Nothing. It's a classic ghost story and all in all a huge homage to the ghost stories of the 70's and 80's. Loved it! The crooked man was incredible. 99/100 other directors would've gone with CGI for him, but not Wan. Nah, he found an actor who could do a great job due to a weird/different body. I just loved how he moves like a puppet. Creepy as fuck. It's a shame he probably won't return for the third film, though. It's not the first time he's proven he can do sequels to great horror films. First Insidious I & II and then The Conjuring I & II, all four great films. It's refreshing to have someone who can make good horror sequels, because that's something we've always lacked to be honest. Looking forward to The Nun too, but I am very disappointed Wan won't direct it. I can easily see this turn into a shitfest just like Annabelle did.

I own 20 Sigh CDs/vinyls/tapes and one compilation with a Sigh track on it (which I bought because it had Sigh on it), and I would assume I've spent about $550-600 on these (plus way, way, way too much on shipping). And I guess I own Sigh merch (hoodies, t-shirts and patches) for about $200-250. And I still have to add way too many different albums+releases beofre I complete my collection. Right now I have 4xGallows Gallery, 4xScorn Defeat, 2+Infidel Art, 2xImaginary Sonicscape, 2xHail Horror Hail, 2xGraveward, so I'm not even close to having a full discography with all their albums, and even further away from a full discography with all the different versions and so on. Expensive! Next up would be Sabbat with its 14 releases. Think I've spent around $320-350 on these releases. Haven't spent a lot on a single release, though. $50-65 for a 4xLP release must be the most, I would think. So not much at all.
