Haha glad you agree ;D how do we go about this? I don't have Skype XD i can see if i can record the bass for the track though
-
Thanks dude it takes some used to but the sound and feel is so satisfying! I could never get my fingers to work properly for guitar chords so bass ended up being my next choice. I've never looked back

My phone won't let me embed files because it's LAME but yeah, that link should work

Oh awesome! I love that song
-
Wow you have an awesome voice! as you say your screams might need some work but they aren't bad. You can hit high notes really well too I play bass if anyone's interested

I much prefer D.I.D. to Nocturnal Bloodlust. The latter group is pretty derivative of Western deathcore. While some of their songs really kick ass, I feel that D.I.D. are much stronger and inventive musically. The guitar work is much better as well; sweeping actually takes skill. I don't really get this auto-tune argument as well, they hardly use it.

Holy crap, those solos are amazing! Minus the last section, Hizaki's solo actually sounds different for the first time in years!

Siva. Amazing band; a real loss

@miyuu - no idea why everyone else is calling it Mirrors when it clearly says Mirror on the album cover
-
Coll:Set was the first album I listened to by them and to me it's the most cohesive; it flows nicely and just seems much tighter than the later releases which seem a bit aimless. Mirror was similar in that it had a good flow to it. After that, despite a few good songs, their last two releases are mediocre at best.

Thanks Kai

Damn, i never thought of that what was i THINKING?! XD The request has actually changed to a standard J-Rock band covering anything along the lines of Alice Nine, Vamps and Plastic Tree. A guitarist has stepped forward. Any drummers or vocalists out there in the area?
-
Sorry, I didn't realise they were so incredibly rife where you come from ¬_¬
-
Heyyy! I was wondering if anyone here is from the Birmingham area in the UK? If so, how would you feel about starting a band? I play bass, mainly covering Dir En Grey, and i'm a little sick of not knowing people who want to play stuff by Japanese bands! I have 0 experience when it comes to being in a band but I thought this would be a fun discussion in any case?
-
Sorry i was thinking of The Menace Also, where the hell is -1, Quench, Bliss Out Yourself, Venom, Vice?!
-
I think i heard something like that yeah. They should have really dropped Sinner. It sucks balls.
-
Looks awesome! I don't agree with Genocide And Mass Murder being at the end of a tracklist, but this album has most of their best songs (a rarity for best of albums)! @Eraser- two biggest ripoffs?
-
Bleh shame unfortunately not no, I mainly cover Dir En Grey so it's pretty much just regular playing
-
Where are you based? I play bass and I live in the UK
-
i'm still interested in buying the dir en grey stuff for the price discussed previously if you can send the CDs, book and DVDs to the UK
-
Sorry to hear about that No worries, just let me know about shipping etc when you find time. Hope everything is ok
-
Are you still selling these?

Any update on this?
