Wishing her the best!

To me, Oni to kage was so much fun when it was released (tho more along the lines of "spot that homage!" lol), but with Shuuen they really upped their game playing cool and interesting tunes. It was a strong package. As for this new album, I'm still not quite sure where I stand... I mean I do enjoy the majority of the songs, but there are so many and they're so short for the most part that I'm having trouble remembering any of them. It's an enjoyable listen tho. The pinnacle for me is still Shuuen and the Mousou shugisha no haitoku. mini album (especially the latter!).

The new Mykki Blanco (feat. Woodkid) vid is out and oh wow. Left me speechless. You can listen to just the song here: https://mykkiblanco.bandcamp.com/album/highschool-never-ends edit: Also, Die Antwoord are releasing a new mixtape tomorrow apparently! You can listen to 2 brand-new songs and a remix here: http://dancingastronaut.com/2016/05/die-antwoord-share-thrashing-new-trap-remix-pitbull-terrier/

Niiiiice! Can't wait to hear how they sound.

^ All their previous releases were made available to order online after the initial live-only release, so I bet this one will be too.

Hot damn, so this is happening: http://noisey.vice.com/blog/the-original-misfits-are-reuniting-for-riot-fest I really really hope this is just a start for greater things to come (crossing my fingers for a world tour, but don't wanna get my hopes up xD).

Nice. Looking forward to hearing it!

Here's my new EP "MGTRN" (pronounced "megatron"). This time I did away with all the guitars and went for a sample-based electronic sound. If you like weird noises and repetition you might even enjoy this one. Thx for checking! https://jigsawjohnny.bandcamp.com/album/mgtrn

The amazingly inventive tracklist, as many could've guessed... xD 1. JEEZ 2. SO8 3. DOVE 4. DOPE

The new album is phenomenal! I've never been much of a Radiohead fan, but they've always been pretty consistently good. This new album further proves that they're really a pro band. I like the airy trippy vibe it has, at times kinda intimate (almost claustrophobic), other times wide and expansive. Great stuff. "Ful Stop", "Identikit" and "The Numbers" would have to be my favorites. Also, I gotta say I thoroughly enjoy the accompanying strings throughout the album (and this is quite something coming from me xD).

lol @ "too soon", it'll be literally a year from their last one. Some J-bands release stuff even faster. Anyway, cautiously looking forward to it. I disliked their last album, so I hope this one will pack more of a punch (and catchy memorable songs).

That was quite a pleasant song & video.

Aww how underwhelming... ;w;

^ I agree, awesome movie! Rutger Hauer is da man!! Spy - Somehow I was (unconsciously?) avoiding this film so far, but I ended up finally watching it this afternoon in the company of some friends & beer. It's hilarious! Seriously, the whole thing totally exceeded my expectations. Very funny and entertaining movie with a healthy dose of action and twists & turns, not afraid to take some risks even. Excellent.

Sounds good as usual!

Wwwwhat. Well, okay then.

^ Totally agreed, the new Vektor album's out of this world! And I'm not even a fan of long records, but this shit is golden all the way.

Innnnteresting~

Ugh, that first track sounds so tacky... the second one's nothing special but I'm liking it a bit more. Overall not rly impressed so far.

If this develops into a somewhat regular band, I'd be interested to hear what they have to offer. VANESSA was pretty cool back in the day, and I was bummed when Haruki left MEJIBRAY too.

New Denner/Shermann track: I'm still not a fan of these vocals... maybe I just miss King Diamond's voice still, but man, this dude sounds super cliché and devoid of any memorable personality (reminds me why I rarely listen to actual heavy metal in the first place). Music's okay tho.
