  1. Are you sure the second live distributed is どうせ終わる世界ならあなたがいい ?

Cause' I don't find the name anywhere on the internet, nor on CELL website, and blogs

    It should be right, yes!

There is no official source for that and I don't yet have the cd myself, but I heard it from people who went there and got it. When I saw this on yahoo auctions it was also listed as どうせ終わる世界ならあなたがいい.

  2. Kon (La'Mule/NightingeiL) is the shortest bandguy I've ever seen. And at the same time one of the most charismatic.

I knew he wasn't that tall before, but when I saw him on stage for the first time after being a huge fan since forever I was amazed how such a tiny body could carry his huge personality. (and his huge head.)

He is around 150-155 I think. It made me love him even more.

  3. I often wish there was something like a visual band scene in my city. Not fantastic musicians who look like they stepped from magazines, but just generally some people who enjoy playing and attending that kind of live show. I'm pretty sure that once something like that exists the music will evolve by itself, become interesting and more than just a cheap weeaboo-copy of the original.

For almost any other genre things work like that naturally. When british punk became popular in the 70s suddenly fans all over the world formed bands who tried to be like the sex pistols or whoever and in the beginnig they were propably not as good. they played anyway because it was fun.

Just v-rock is different and somehow that is really sad. There are lots of international fans and many of them idolize some bandguy, many dress up 'visual' and actually look good, many even play an instrument... but only very, very few people go and form a band or at least support others who do so.

And that is because the fans themselves suddenly have unrealistic standards when it comes to judging bands from their own country.

Why shouldn't they sing in whatever language they want? Of course it's best if you actually understand what you're singing and in the end you won't get popular when your lyrics suck but... I've often heard people cover songs from another country and it sounded really good. or cute/funny when it wasn't so good.

    Same about the styling.

Non-japanese people can look just as cool in this type of make-up/costume if they find the right style and develop the skills. But most people (especially guys of course) need some time to learn these things. Especially when there is no established scene in their country and they just can't go and ask a friend, like japanese bandmen starting out propably can.

And about the nickname.. who cares, really.

Sorry for the rant but damn. Where is the love and peace in music when it comes to this fandom.

  4. I doubt Madeth gray'll will have a revival, atleast not with a full line-up.

They won't. There was even an official statement from them. : ( Unless someone finds hisui maybe, but that is pretty unlikely.

This shouldn't keep kisaki from releasing a madeth gray'll bootleg, though. They were on volume 1 already and kapparecords also releleased stuff that was even produced by hisui without contacting him.

  5. ISUKE mentioned in his blog today that him and YOU-YA will be playing a session at Holiday Nagoya in september. :D

I so hope he'll join a new band soon. D: The songs he composed for La'Mule were their greatest. IMHO.

  6. Whatever this is, new record, new tour... isn't it quite early?

Maybe they are going to release some dum spiro spero related new-old stuff like they did with uroboros for some time now?

That would explain the "continuation of that scary dream" at least. 4 hours special recording footage of dum spiro spero with continued scary beard and sweat scenes.

    I missed them. : (

  7. Even if KISAKI only sold 20 cds in his whole career- he does have fans who love him and his music. Those people feel betrayed now and that is the point.

Appearently even the ones who don't like him are disappointed. XD

Actually this behavior worries me more than the fact that he *maybe* went to the hospital. It looks like he has some serious issues. Why would you lie about having a good time eating pancakes? Or pretend someone cared for you enough to send you 1000 papercranes?

    And this:

It's impossible to say with certainty what he was lying about and what he wasn't, but each person will have to come to their own conclusion.

Personally, I'm a firm believer in “the truth lies in the middle.” I don't think he was lying about everything, but I also think he probably exaggerated or told half truths. It's equally naïve to think he's an angel as it is to think he's the devil.

  8. Hospitalization was not surprising indeed. Miracle recovery and thousands (?) of fake blog entries were kind of surprising.

Yes, surprising and hard to believe indeed.

But if every second photo on his blog is fake anyway and has been since months, thinking *his hospital photos are fake, so this means he's not really at the hospital* seems wrong.

If he posts a fake-photo of mineral-water it doesn't make me think he doesn't really drink mineral-water. It makes me think he is really, really weird.

    • [*:2bil32n3]Kisaki claimed that he was deathly ill, vomiting blood and sent to the hospital
[*:2bil32n3]Kisaki posted updates on his blogs to confirm his earlier announcement
[*:2bil32n3]It was discovered that these pictures were not his, which would imply that he's not in the hospital, which would imply that he's not sick, which directly implicates that he was lying. He then deletes these pictures, which implies further guilt because he wants no more investigation into the matter.

I think it's quite important to know whether he only posted *fake*-pictures from his hospital-stay or whether he did it before that as well. (I ask because there seems to be lots of them. And even trivial ones like a bottle of water or some random food that he could have taken by himself if he wanted to.)

Because if this was a usual habit for whatever twisted reason I can't figure out...

it's still very, very rude but no reason to assume he's pretending to be sick.

I mean he has had health-problems in the past (unless of course it was all lies, but I doubt that.) and it was not ~surprising~ for anyone to hear he was hospitalized, right?
