Masato is blaming this on COVID-19 ... stating he couldn't talk to the group due to social distancing. I'm sorry ... but I find this whole situation humorous.

I don't know if I agree with this statement. The "near-silent" breakdown has existed for a while and most recently dexcore. has done it in a couple songs, especially in their latest single, Dragout.

I wholeheartedly agree. Every song pretty much sounds the same.

Then I'll go with EN2 because I feel those are definitely the better song choices in the long run. Thanks!

@Komorebi - Are you getting both versions? I don't have a need for two of the same DVD, but I'll get which ever one you don't. Someone I know is willing to pre-order one for me, too, so if you don't want to get the second one, I'll get that one.

The single has been delayed indefinitely and all pre-orders were canceled due to COVID. According to what I can understand from Daiki's tweet, they were in the process of polishing it up, but since the studios are all closed after Japan shut down, they can't complete it.

There's a lot to sort through, and honestly I didn't see it. People make mistakes ... Don't be a dick.

His statement at least guarantees he'll be back in a band. He said it may even be with the other three, so this just might be the end for "DADAROMA." In VK, we see this type of thing happen often. The concept of the band is lost and the band needs to finish because it was that image they wanted. It's good to know it's not due to in-fighting, but maybe due to label issues.

Their other live DVDs were initially live-limited as well, then they sold them on their webshop, if I remember correctly.

It was sold out ... but really only like two thirds full. They announced the show months before a full tour, so people (like me) bought tickets to this but didn't go because there were shows closer to them. And then most of the other tickets were bought by resellers and never resold. So yes, it was "sold out" but not nearly at capacity. I'm searching for one particular picture that shows how empty most of the seats were and the giant gaping spots on the floor. I'll update once I find it.

I won't knock the guy for trying to speak English since they're clearly attempting to get more non-Japanese fans, but the content of the interview is pretty childish. His answer to the hardest song to write is like a kid trying to sound super deep and smart, especially given his self-proclaimed lack of music theory ...

The bands have already paid to book the space, so they might as well use it! Maybe try and get some online attraction, too. Good on them!
