Indeed she can. A lot of people don't give her props just because she is a "pop" star but with a lot of her live-only stuff, she pretty much proves she is very versatile with her music.

I just finished Eden of the East, the first anime I watched since Abenobashi. What an enjoyable series. I should start watching more anime.

Just got the DEATHMAIL about this over the weekend. Pretty excited! One track? Probably because they have a crapload of amazing songs that they're going to hold on to until the next album release.

This single was a warm welcome. A lot better than I was expecting! And I agree with chemicalpictures, they are satirists - so to say. They are doing this all for fun and games with no intention of being serious. I mean, come on, if they were being serious they'd choose a better band name, make up would be more detailed, and their songs wouldn't sound so typical of the VK genre. I think that's why it works so well.

The cover art is so cute but it looks as if Mickey is trying to be gangsta, not veekay. Maybe they were afraid to put makeup and a dress on him.

I don't know what's wrong with me. I loved TJ first three albums so much but I am not really feeling Sports and the new album. At all. It's a shame because they are such a talented and amazing band but I guess they don't have that slow retro-jazz feeling the first two albums had. And the third album, while swaying away from that, had OSCA, so. It's instantly love.

It just seems like such a long time-span between the TV series and now this NEW anime project... like, what is the reasoning aside from the fact that there's a live-action movie in the making. Hmm. If it does end up being an OVA, I guess I would be okay with it. After all, the "Samurai X" OVA was visually gorgeous.

I'm sorry but no. This doesn't need to happen. Maybe i'm a little touchy because Rurouni Kenshin was one of the first anime series I ever got into but its time has come and gone. Just like Evangelion, Japan needs to quit milking on old series'. I'm fine with a live-action MOVIE but no need for anything further - live action series and a NEW anime series. It's done, the story is over. Let this manga/anime legend be remembered for what it was.
