There are stabbing and burning pains every time I breath, each time I inhale brings a ragged sound along with fighting not to cough, each coughing fit  is accompanied by the sound of fluid in my chest.  This has been steadily getting worse for 3 weeks now, and I'm getting genuinely concerned.
