  1. Just listened to the Sweden's song and oh damn, it's awful. Could work with better lyrics, but no! POOOOPULAAAARRRRRRRR

I hope one of the bankrupted countries win, or us since we're going to win the hockey world championship this sunday too :D

  2. "The new album has surpassed UROBOROS" - DIR EN GREY speaks to GiGS Magazine -R_jp http:// twitpic.com/4w8991

The sky is pink, MOAB is a decent album, communism is relevant, chugs are creative, the south won etc. etc. etc.

The sky is pink (in the morning), MOAB is a decent album (really), Communism (is relevant to almost all modern history), chugs are creative (when employed with rhythmic difference and an ear for different time signatures), the South won (when you consider that the prisoner-lease program [basically slavery] was in effect into the 1940s in some places).

    Any questions class? :D

The sky is not pink, even in the morning. It really isn't. Soviet union fell, China embraced capitalism, revolutions stopped and popularity of the commie parties fell into nothingness. The South didn't win, that's pretty evident from their economy during and shortly after the war. And it's still a chug.

  3. Just as i thought where could be the new WITTR album :D

I hope it's more like Two Hunters and Malevolent Grain, like having more ambient pieces, female vox an' stuff. 2011 is thy best, despite the Shining album sucking most of it's run time. Gladly there's still so much stuff coming out from my other favorites. Rumor is that there's going to be a new Repugnant album as well, but probably not since those guys seem to be cancelling shows left and right because they can't be bothered to attend or shit like that ( ??? ).

New Haemorrhage and Toxic Holocaust albums coming as well! Though Toxic Holocausts last album was meh, bleh and everything in between, so wonder how it's going to be like in the end.

  4. Merry and Anti Feminism.

Why? Because both are amazing bands. Where? In a small venue that takes 250 people, 300 at most. No ballads allowed on this evening, though!

    I'd go!

That's all. Of course there's tons of other combinations that i would like to see, but nothing would rock like this one would. Make it happen!

I hope we won't make it to the finals...

Before i moved out i always watched these with my mom, but now i'm not sure if i will even bother to turn the TV on. It just gets worse each passing year :D

  6. personally I don't care about what kind of music this will be....as long as it sounds good :D

Yes. If they could somehow make Deathcore listenable, good for them. Probably won't though and that's what the next album will be like and i'm sure of that. Over produced pop-metal songs that have the same structure, the same studio-efx'd choruses and the same chugging with slight alternations. If Lotus was the "tamest" song on the album, then god help us all.

Also three singles for one album? Straight up retarded. A new level of pointless when there are no new songs as B-sides and all the effort gone into the possible remake could be directed towards the new album so we could get it faster. Also the time spent on marketing, cover art, printing and so on.

    :(

  7. Saturday is the least interesting day for me. Don't give a shit about the biggest names of the day like Katatonia, Devin Townsend (Five times in a year? Jesus Christ man, leave us alone!) and Epica. Granted, Devin's first show was awesome last year, though i don't think there's going to be any gimmicks this time, except that he's playing Ghost and Reconsomething. Still sad to have the same headliner two years in a row.

I'm 100% sure that either Immortal or Watain is still coming, since they have a hole in their calenders just around this event and the weird absence of Black metal in the festival's lineup. Immortal has been in Tuska like...Three times ? But i haven't seen them even once, so I'm rooting for that. Watain was beyond awesome live, but I'll take the one i haven't seen instead, though i don't mind both.

  8. Let's have festival talk! Anyone traveling somewhere to attend one?

This summer i'm at least going to Tuska and Jalometalli, both in Finland. They're shaping up to me quite nice, but in the end i think Jalometalli will prevail, since they've pretty much always had a better line up in the past. At first i wasn't sure about Tuska, but now that they have Morbid Angel, Shining, Electric Wizard, Grave, Bulldozer, Moonsorrow and At the Gates, i kinda have to go :D. This year they won't allow you to bring your own alcohol, so better chug down all the liquor... At the gates. Tehehe

I'm still considering a visit to Estonia's Hard rock lager so i could finally see Rotting Christ live, but i don't think my finances will allow it. If it was held in Tallinn, it would be much easier and cheaper for me.
