Well, I've never been to Japan, or a karaoke bar, but I do think I slay at "Faith" and "love around" by e.mu. I listened to those two so much throughout the years, I don't even need the lyrics, especially with "love around" XDD

I need to apologize. I finally managed to get the new album. And you know what? It's actually pretty damn awesome. It's definitely much better than the last one. It's shorter, more aggressive, and more to the point which is what I think their strength lies. 眠り姫 is definitely the worse song on here since it's the most plain one, but everything else is just so much better. The drummer has quite a few blast beats in here, there's some excellent riffs, there's awesome melodic reads, etc. This means that I need to pick up the upcoming single sometime soon.

Notes:
1. "shonen" is usually translated as "boy", but I think "male" is more fitting in this context.
2. This is the "Dear ~" at the opening of a letter.
2. In Japanese, Sailor Moon’s “In the name of the moon, I’ll punish you!” line goes “Tsuki ni kawatte, oshioki yo!” This seems to be kind of a play on this, plus the hidden/dark side of oneself imagery present in this first verse.
2. Actually written as “sadism”, but it doesn’t make much sense in English like that so I changed it to “sadist”.
3. Contextually there’s nothing to stop someone from interpreting this as “my heart”, “your heart”, or “our hearts”, but as to not make any assumptions, I left it as “a heart”.

I did this pretty quickly, so if anyone wants to polish it up, go for it...

It's been obvious since their BUTTERFLY single releases that they are pretty much in it for the sake of bigger "superstar" funds ( rather than being in sync with each other like back in the "good old days". God knows whether they actually have anything left from all that 90s-early 00s chemistry.
 
Maybe not an immediate Kaisan but call it another 5-10 years of deep idgaffy silence.

Jokes apart, I do hope it'll become true this time! I don't consider myself a X fan, but I do respect them as a band and some of the new songs are pretty good! Also it feels like we've been waiting for the longest time...

The realist in me is literally not going to believe this to be a fact until I see pre-order availability, a title and a track list. For now it's just another "I think my label will release it on this date." but he ain't really know. They could find another bullshit reason to push it back another year. 
 
I feel like there's already an idea of what songs could end up on this album like....
1. IV
2. Jade
3. Scarlet Love Song
4. La Venus
5. Hero
6. Born to Be Free
7. Beneath The Skin
8. At least one SE song, likely an intro, frightened it will be Miracle. 
+5 Other songs, Where it is entirely possible studio versions of The Last Song and Without You will make the cut and isn't there a song they played in London too? 
Meaning 2 entirely new songs. Which is an obvious disappointment. But we'll see. Maybe they won't have put older songs like IV and Jade on there. Then again Jade is incredible and I would love it to be on the album...
 
Anyway, I'm rambling, but I'm also hypothesizing that I'm going to enjoy it in that way I did Gackt's Last Moon.
Sure, the music is good, but any theme is probably lacking and the lyrics are bound to be incredibly repetitive; not mentioning the level of 9 year old songs that will be included. 
Additionally how Yoshiki and Toshi centric you already know the album is going to be.
