As a j-music listener for a while now, especially vk, I heard a lot from my entourage. The mains subjects are about the dress, the boy/girl looks and how japanese sound for people. I feel like to avoid the question flood it as to be a type of music that we can only enjoy ourself, like if it couldn't be share with others because it not enough mainstream.
 
Do you have some anecdote to share about how you may be perceived by your entourage?

Really nice news ! I love Sui's voice and his work with Metif Gretel. It started turning bad with Megaromania and his work with Kisaki ...
Hope they will be more interesting with Kamijo, but the trailer isn't as good as I expected... :/

So much wasted talent here ... They are very good composers and musicians but why always make the same songs?
They were one of the band I liked the most and now I only listen their disco from The Revenant Choir to Jubilee, every stuff the realeased after that is so somilar ...
Anyways, let's wait the full realease, Marionnette and Lineage sound promising.

DALLE new single "Metaphor" will be released at their live at Shibuya VUENOS at 2017/02/11 (2 TYPE), which will include "Metaphor(mix)" & new instrumental
 
CD+DVD edition will include CD+DVD (including "Metaphor" PV), and CD edition will include CD only

He made nice work with mixing, the voice is still poor but the overwall is nice.
セイレーン〜「トラウマ 」 is more interesting than The Brillant World. I'll certainly take a look at the album

Yay! I'm glad you came across them! They're really good and fun live! They've been working really hard on their album and if UNCHAIN is anything to go by I think it'll be a good one! ^__^

I discoverd them recently and they are very interesting ! Hope they will be creative enough for a LP.

Reading through these responses is kind of depressing. It seems we've all had bad reactions when introducing other people to VK. I've gotten so tired of standing there while people insult what I love just because they can't or won't understand it, that I just don't talk about it with other people anymore. If anyone asks what I listen to, I just tell them symphonic metal or symphonic rock, since that's the area of VK I listen to the most. Frankly, it's not really their business what I listen to anyway.

I used to do this a lot: tell someone to listen to a song without any visuals and then get their impression of the music. It worked all the time with my brother, regardless of the fact that neither of us could understand what was being said. If lyrics are a big issue for people listening to music, then I don't think they care that much about the music.

Hi everyone,

Having use the forum for a while now but I never introduce myself. Main reason is because it's quite hard to participate actively in a foreign language ^^
Anyway, I'm kawa from France and I'm 24. I've been listening VK since something like 10 years but the "passion" is decreasing years after years. I'm not as interested in new bands than I was years ago.
