well like the person above me pointed out if you don't have either and your planning to buy one, then question shifts from "whether or not you should get it on ps3 or vita?" to "should I get a ps3 or vita?" and for that I would say PS3 all the way. unless you have some circumstances where a mobile system would be more ideal for you, then there's no reason not to get a PS3 over a vita. But back to the question of which version of FF X/X-2 is better? i don't really know as I don't have the game since I'm currently waiting till it goes down in price or i can get a pretty good deal on it... but I've heard that the vita version looks really good on it's OLED screen and apparently since it has to be downscaled from the PS3 resolution to fit the Vita's resolution it's supposedly really crisp looking, I've even heard people say that it looks better on vita then ps3 due to this, but I'm not sure myself. If I had to choose for my needs I personally would buy on PS3 first and vita later.

It was okay. I would like to hear a better quality (preferably not radio rip) version though.

I actually decided to go back to playing the One Piece Pirate "Musou" games on PS3, right now I'm trying to plat the first one... honestly I hate musou games, I mean they have like almost no redeeming factors it's all the same shit over and over again and the gameplay mechanics almost never evolve even after multiple entries in the series... I don't see how anyone could really say that they are "good games". but I am/did enjoy the one piece musou games for obvious reasons xD take OP out of the equation and I wouldn't bother honestly... I also enjoyed the mobile suit gundam "musou" games as well.

Loved it flame I'm not that big of a fan of the song either, but I found that it matched up with your amv perfectly and strangely enough kinda complimented the scenes quite well at times XD

If I was to go with a case like that I would probably just go ahead and build a new rig all together though... there's tons of stuff I would love to upgrade on my current setup like my processor and motherboard. I also want to do water cooling as well. not gonna lie, I really want one of those R290x amd cards as well

Man... that modular psu looks so nice and organized, I really need to get me one of those. btw what case do you use? is it a mid case or a full? it's kinda hard to tell in the picture but it looks alot bigger than my coolermaster mid case. my biggest thing right now is I'm in dire need of better airflow inside my case, so for one I was thinking a modular psu so I can free up some space and in turn get better airflow near the bottom of my case, but also I was contemplating if upgrading from a mid case to a full size one would make better airflow... I'm assuming it would. another big issue right now is dust I have a lot of it... I probably need to rip everything out of the case and dust it all out with airduster and clean off all the hardware to an acceptable level fans included, but I'm just so lazy and I so don't won't to have to go through all of that... sigh.

^ that's awesome man It still sucks that they had to do away with the awesome lighting engine they had implemented for PC... hopefully there might be a way to mod it back in somewhere done the line.

^ I doubt your laptop will be able to handle it... unless it's a really good gaming laptop, and even then I don't see it being able to run it on full settings. It's very awesome that you're willing to spend tons of money on a new computer just to play Dark souls though... kudos to you I recommend going with a desktop if you do though... gaming laptops rarely last long and cost tons of money and still most of the time can't run some of the more intensive games at full settings. Not to mention laptops are always overheating and are more troublesome to fix because they're more closed off than desktop PC's.

It's a show. it's not real. if it was real then it would be a totally different story. I'm just saying that I enjoy the show and I'm not gonna let this ruin it for me. Why do you have to take every little thing and blow it out of proportion? and on another note, why do you have to bring me being a staff member into the picture? I'm just a fan posting my opinions on a forum thread. My life doesn't revolve around being a staff member, and I shouldn't have to keep my opinions in check just because I am apart of the staff. btw I'm pretty sure you're insulting me on a personal level in your post, which is against the rules... All I know is i like the show and I don't care, I'm not gonna let something stupid like a rape scene ruin it for me. Worrying about if it was within character or not is just a waste of time. I personally think it wasn't out of character and could totally see him doing it, but whatever it's a show that I'm currently enjoying and I'm not gonna let something so miniscule kill it for me.

idk, I don't read the books and I have no problem liking the show, in fact I love the show and everything about it. If reading the books is gonna make me not like the show then I would just rather not read them at all... That's just how much I enjoy watching it. I didn't really care much for the rape scene or how everyone seems to be upset by it, it was shocking and all but I wouldn't really say it was unexpected or out of character, but then again I don't read the books so I really don't know how Jamie's character is supposed to be. What was more shocking (to me at least) was where and when he was raping her not really the act of the rape.

Just watched the third episode of Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei and I'm really digging this show so far. I don't think it will be another Mahou Sensou since so far it actually seems like it has some direction and knows where it's going... also just found out it's gonna be a 2 Cour show so that's pretty awesome

Most slice of life anime have really good character development but that's to be expected since those type of shows rely on character development to move the story forward. I'm can't really think of any shows off the top of my head right now... But I'll think about it and come back when I'm not on mobile I didn't compare SnK and GC to each other, I just stated which one I think is the better show based on how much I enjoyed each one. That's different from saying that SAO and GC are similar because of poor characters and failed forced trope/cliche attempts like flame did. He specifically compared the two, which I can agree on a certain level with his comparison in the fact that GC does in fact have character and trope issues to a certain degree but it's no where near as bad as the shit SAO had going on. I feel comparing the two to each other does GC a great disservice. @CAT: I would say it's worth watching but of course that's just my opinion. It's a shounen so there's always gonna be people that will hate on it. I like it though. But really If you want to get into a good long running shounen I would recommend you checking out Hunter X Hunter. It's just about my favorite shounen right now, and actually now that I think about it, it has a lot of character development that you talked about so... There you go. I would say watch fairy tail as well but after HxH

I understand your point but it doesn't help that you're not backing it up with any specific examples either. Not to mention it's just ridiculous that you say the only thing that makes Guilty Crown worth watching is the animation and soundtrack, because that's just not true, there's plenty of other semi-enjoyable parts of the show that make it a decent watch. Comparing it to a show like SAO is totally ludicrous, because unlike SAO, Guilty Crown actually does have some redeemable factors that can make it worth while.

Are you seriously comparing the trash that was Sword Art Online to Guilty Crown? HA that's laughable, GC is better in every regard, they shouldn't even be mentioned in the same sentence let alone being compared to each other. There's more things than just the animation and OST that make Guilty Crown worth watching IMO.

I liked Guilty Crown myself. It's better than SnK in my opinion, but that's just me. It has great music and the characters are okay. Plot is there but it's not the most engaging thing ever, like flame said there is mechs but it's not really a "mecha" show. I'd say give it a chance and see what you think, I enjoyed it for what it was and that's good enough for me. Also if you don't like anime tropes/cliches then why the hell are you watching anime in the first place? Like seriously all shows have some form of trope or cliche, It's kinda the norm at this point. It doesn't really bother me that much tbh... that's just how it is.
