Thissssss sounds really familiar, but I can't put my finger on like whom. There is definitely Western inspiration though.

I haven't played any of them yet either

Just started playing Battleborn!

Those pants look like they make him super sweaty

Second period, although I do like both. While their time was comparatively less productive, they were consistently on-point, where as their first line up had a 50/50 chance for me to either like or strongly dislike a song. "Silent to My Pain" unfortunately does not make up for a slew of uninspired or vapid songs like "Freedom," "Sterilization," "Fake Dance," "Foolish," and "Call Back." I am legitimately stumped as to why those songs are hits in Japan. Plus, Phantasmagaromania is like a dream come true for me.

The new album has some good songs on it, but there's very little experimentation. I liked track 3 the most, I believe, and then Genocide GAME even if it is the 3rd time they ripped off "Karma." Thus far, 2015 is the best year of their discography for me.

Coming for Arlequin

The chorus in the same was kind of pretty, but the parts of the song don't seem to go well together. Hoping this ends up being really good, because "溺れる貴方をオキシドールに沈めて..." was one of the best songs of 2015.

1 completely new song and 1 sort of released because it's on youtube song

He's forming a new band that's the same line-up as LIN, but they're going to be signed to -AINS- as a Laputa cover band. Haha oh wait

To be fair, those cities aren't exactly close to one another. Going from San Fran to San Diego is basically like going from one tip of Japan to the other.

Glad to see that Hizaki's weave got recycled
-
The last single was good, so I'm excited for this.
-
Awesome. Their last album had a lot of previously released tracks anyway, so the timing of this isn't super surprising for me.
-
Ok gr8 but what if what if both bands just worked on consistently releasing material that isn't impossible to get???

I'm pronouncing this as "Barbara Streisand"

I'm kind of surprised that a lot of European members are stating that it's a language barrier. Maybe I don't have a correct perspective, but I thought pop culture in the EU is presented in numerous languages that aren't necessarily in each country's native tongue. Is it that Japanese is so different from things like romance languages that it's a turn off? In the US, at least, the overwhelming majority of music is in English. On occasion, songs will be in Spanish (this happens more often if you're listening to a station or show that's aimed at an audience who's first language is Spanish) and every so often I see people post Rammstein on Facebook because it's "cool and AnGrY!!1" Within the past 3 years, more and more people like K-pop though. I've heard 2NE1's "I am the Best" played at stores in the mall and on the radio, and when Gangum Style was a hit that was all over the place too.

This is probably just a sublabel to put all the bands that are trying to be Matenrou Opera, where as Starwave is for the ones trying to be Versailles and D. Regardless, their first look is cool and I like their name. I hope I like their samples too.
-
Meninism Cool though! I really liked their first two singles and their Etc cover and am looking forward to their new songs.

Ooooooooohhhh that's where these demos came from!

Grieva samples leaked, Screw disbanded--today's a good day! Track 4, 8, 11, 13, 14, and 16 sounds like they will be really good. What I didn't particularly care for is that this album seems to either be <<FrANTic!!! ∀NGrY>> or ~calm and serene~ and there's no middle ground. Their second album suffered from the whole release being an indeterminate blob. Grieva, unfortunately, have an issue with "too much of a good thing" and I'm hoping the samples are just not doing the full product justice.

This is a lot closer to what the original DEViL KiTTY did. I liked it more than I was expecting too

Ooohhh I hope he does the various assortment of vocalists thing again!
