I think these are actually the same costumes as their Best of album, just from different angles and Hizaki's hair is put up differently. Hoping Lineage gets some new costumes too. Yuki seems to still be the only member who looks consistently different.

Never heard of them / don't care to look into them if they're Mejibray 6.7 (which means gazette 50.3 and or Penicillin 302.87) but, is it stigmatized for bands to do really well overseas / digitally? Cvltic's post has me curious.

It's cool that they made an international version. Is GIB Records owned by one of their members?

Revivals like this are always fun. They were on the Kaleidoscope omnibus, but I couldn't really find a whole lot else about them (admittedly didn't look too hard either). The preview video sounds better than Betty's samples lmao

Is he just doing vocals and lead guitar? Or is he doing the whole thing? Regardless, this sounded better than his earlier samples. Not as good as Missa, but I'm happy he's still around.

I like the cat. The key + tempo change when the chorus hits is kinda awkward, but other than that this is very middle of the road DEZERT for me.

They're really beating that single into the ground, aren't they

A new 刹那 album except each track is a "new" circle that is literally the same thing as his other 80 projects

Looooveeeed "Melodic Thorn." "Chandelier" was satisfactory. I have an appreciation for it being bright and written in a major key, which isn't super common for Versailles' non-ballads, but it also wasn't life changing. Both songs show that they've grown from their respective splinter projects and can come together and continue where they left off with more focus. That being said, I'm excited for their new mini album. Of the remakes, I really liked "Zombie" and "The Love From a Dead Orchestra." I even liked "Shout and Bites," which is interesting because I don't like the original version. The only remake I felt really didn't go well at all was actually "The Revenant Choir." Somehow the English got worse after 10 years of performing it? That's not the reason why I disliked it (I love me some broken English)--it was more that I felt the guitar arrangement had too many weird out-of-key flourishes than the original. Since this is more or less the song that their fanbase associates with them, I kind of feel like they shouldn't have changed much other than recorded it in a fancy studio.

Well, I liked their omnibus a lot so I hope to hear their live distros. Kiryu posts their setlists on twitter a lot, so I'm assuming it was some of those songs. If their rumor of being essentially Yayoi's bitch was true, then I feel bad since they were shafted and never given a real chance. *Edit*: Also, idk if their lineup was offically broken down in the first RR thread, but here's their member history: Vocals: 希龍 (Kiryu) (ex- ART→ ROZA-LIA → ヴィガル! →Black Jack → 希龍PROJECT →ベティ) Guitar: 暁翔 (Akito) (ex-DISACODE → LIPHLICH(as 菊池明人)→ ベティ(as 暁翔)) Guitar: ルネ (RUNE) (ex-Domestic†Child (as Satoshi) → ギミック (as Tetsu) → Juka(support) → the Riotts.(Guest Gt.) → ベティ (as ルネ)) Bass: kotty

I guess Grieva is the obvious choice for me :S I do really like Gossip too, although I've never bought any of their stuff. I didn't like Kuroyuri's first releases, but I like them a lot since they had their member drama. Hopefully they continue to be solid. That just leave Diaura, which I can't get into for some reason. Valluna did nothing for me either. I guess I'm just not sure where the appeal is, but I'm willing to be convinced.

I've only listened to Sound Bee a few times on Spotify. They weren't awful and they weren't stunning from what I remember, so I'm neutral on them.

I'm assuming it's a disbandment as well, but they may also be getting picked up by another label. I believe that date marks the end of their free 1-man tour that they've been doing since the start of the summer, so they either have enough popularity to move onto a real label, or they're breaking up because they were left for dead. Regardless, how likely is it that this will surface? @Biopanda/ @Valiciousdo your thing!!!

I think since Tsuki Hime, if not right before then.
