First episode was nice. Agreeing, it wasn't really scary, other than it had balloons in it, since I'm not bothered by clowns. However, they did put a lot of attention to detail which is something I've loved about this series. For example, after the clown first shows up, the scene quickly cuts to Jessica in a diner and they're playing distorted circus music on the radio. Also, completely on board with how Lobster Man makes that coin. Boyfriend material

I've minored in Japanese -- took 6 classes in language and picked up some culture as a result of that. While it is officially on my expensive piece of paper, the training I received is honestly only enough to really say I have a 2nd grade vocabulary. Would love to pick up taking lessons again and practice with native speakers, but for the time being my skills are kind of deteriorating. Formal Japanese is very different from how bandmen write on blogs or twitter, even with figuring out song titles. I have learned a lot of vocabulary from trying to pull apart names, however. Genki didn't have a teen angst section, so thank you Auto-mod for giving me this experience.

Hmm...mid 90s ~ mid 2000s for me. Love the melodic rock that was popular from 1993~1998 or so, then the angst from 1997~2002. I'm not entirely a fan of too much of what the scene put out from 2009~2012 for the most part, but I've noticed a bit of revived spark from 2013 onwards in the sense that I follow more active bands now than I have in a while. Voting for late 90s, but what's written above is the ††REAL†† answer.

Pulling a Bear on this one and say that if they're doing their thing well, no real need to change. Sample sounded pretty safe, as it doesn't stray too far from their usual formula, however it wasn't as strong as 墓穴's chorus. With that being said, I thought Eclipse's single was going to be bad based on the samples, but the full version proved otherwise. Still excited since there's the entire rest of the album to still hear.
