hmm... lately brunch has been my happiness...
so sick of only asian cooking at my bf's house....
top favorite things I've made so far:
1. avocado+salt/pepper spread on toast, scrambled eggs with blue cheese, baby spinach leaves+mushroom salad, persimmon fruit.
2. Blue cheese+egg+smoked honey ham+ketchup sandwich
3. avocado egg spinach wrap
4. bacon, mushroom, cheese omlette
5. vanilla+cinnamon french toast
6. homemade mushroom/tomato sauce + spaghetti
7. perogies+ wildrice, butternut squash
8. scalloped potatoes
now if I could only master fish recipes....hmm need to buy some alfalfa and walnuts too....
