Made an account a couple days ago and have been scoping out the place, so maybe I should finally post an introduction. I was very much into VK in college, something like a decade ago. I still listen to songs off and on again but lately I've been checking out all sorts of bands and feeling nostalgic so here I am. It just makes me really happy that some of my old loves are still around/have returned like Psycho le Cemu, cali≠gari, and Plastic Tree.
 
Aside from from that, my great loves are dogs, anime, and books. I work at a public library and read all the baking books and graphic novels I can get my hands on. I love planning crafts for programs and the teen anime club which I co-host. Really, I just like making anything so cosplaying is another hobby that suits me perfectly. Current favorite book is Annihilation and my favorite movie is From Dusk Till Dawn.

And a quick question while I'm here! What's the stance on necro'ing threads? I saw the, "don't necro old threads unless you are providing new, updated information" line in the rules. Is there a limit to how many threads I can respond to in rapid succession because I'm that overly talkative type as you can tell from this introduction?

Just about anything white chocolate. I also really love Almond Roca, Chimes' Ginger Chews, and Raffaello.

I, too, read and write yaoi fanfiction. I also like to experiment with odd/crack pairings. I blame my mind for taking me to weird places when writing ^^;
 
Also, one time, I left one of my VK CDs out in the living room, and my parents saw it, thinking that the people on the album cover were all girls even though they were missing the obvious physical feature of a female. The beauty of visual kei xD (Btw, it was an album by Screw titled 'Screw'.)

Because he was mizerable. 

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse - 2018 was a fantastic year for animated superhero movies, and while not as good as or unique as Batman Ninja og Batman: Gotham by Gaslight, this is still very unique and different and a fan-fuckin-tastic movie. Superbly written, animated, voice acted and so on. Also, the coloring scheme throughout the movies are really sweet.
 
Spider-Man Noir deserves his own movie, and Nicolas Cage was beyond fucking brilliant. Like, he was THE star of the film. Holy shit! GOD!
 
The Equalizer - The type of badass action thriller you'd expect to see Liam Neeson star in 5-10 years ago, but it's a bit different and the biggest difference is that this carries a much warmer lead character played beautifully and amazingly badass by Denzel Washington. I would love to see less cut up and better choreographed action scenes, but the entie film is just sweet as candy. Completely awesome!
 
The Equalizer 2 - Lacks some of what made the first one THAT fucking good, but I don't think this is much worse at all. More of the same, but done way better than e.g Taken 2 was. Lovely stuff!
