Shinya has joined the band as their official drummer. (Was a drummer for some tokyo deathcore band called inception of genocide but otherwise cant find anything else on him besides him being slothreat support drummer for the past year or so) Full length album will be release this september.

Wanted to go back and check out some disbanded groups I missed out on and one of the first was lycaon but I just checked out their discographies thread here and holy fuck its huge. Can anyone just recommend an album or two from them

Royal Order (early VK metal phase)
Uso To Onna To (erotic jazz rock phase)
Camera Obscura (darker electronic alt rock phase)
Three albums that are pretty good in their own right. The band's change in style over the years divides most people who listen them and you'll probably understand why if you listen to all three but I'll vouch for each one having some good offerings!
Beyond that the single mini albums surrounding the first album are the most classic lol

Digging this up again since their may 31st final has officially been postponed or cancelled, what are the chances they're still likely to go forward with making announcements on this day? Would be really great to see a music release for the newest mv they released plus possibly some.new members (taishi has been retweeting all of verxina's tweets lately?)

If this does happen to be true I hope he gets the proper treatment he needs but last time I recall a bandman saying they're departing for health issues was Taishi from dimlim and that dude went back to immediately playing sessions lol
