Something that'd work well for a jazz-rock band, like... Svelvet. A portmanteau of "svelte" and "velvet". Idk, I just thought of that on the spot and it's probably not very good, but both words make me think of a deep red colour and I guess that works.

Not sure what to expect, but hell, it's HIZUMI, and I've always fucked with Defspiral, so shit, i'm wit it.

Kisaki. He's not the worst bassist ever and I do enjoy Syndrome and Phantasmagoria. However as a person...yeah.

Also Kyuhoo from Madman's Esprit. I absolutely love his voice and the music but he acts like a 14-year-old edgelord half the time. It's annoying. Although I do congratulate him for flipping off some homophobic protestors lol.

Dammit, they're good! Wasn't expecting that, but I really like them.

Tonight, I would like to introduce you to a new band, with possibly the greatest name today - ダミットランド (Dammitland).
 
The band has formed on April 16 and will commence activities at their first live on June 27.

I’m honestly so happy!! Hizumi has one of my favorite voices in VK 😭 I did read that he is still under treatment so I hope he’ll be okay starting band activities again.

I'm not expecting anything, I'm just glad he's back and hope Umbrella is going strong.

This is absolutely outstanding news and I will not allow negativity to ruin this for me!

Yeah, if he is really back to singing again, he should reform D'espairsRay along with the rest of the members instead of forming a new band and start from scratch.
Wasn't the point of D'espairsRay's disbandment due to the fact that he wasn't able to sing? Karyu, Zero, and Tsukasa may be currently in other bands, but hey it's D'espairsRay, your original band, not someone else's existing project. You guys should definitely reform because HIZUMI is back now.

First live at REX ? Despa was a big name in the VK right ? Playing in such a small venue for this guy is kinda tragic

I agree 100%. I like the guitar a lot, but Karma sounds a bit like a pseudo-Yuuki (Initial'L/ex-Lycaon).
Also, I agree with the general consensus here that the cover art is fucking awful. It looks like if Salvador Dali made a Spore poster, which should be a good thing but it's not.

I like the song, it's pretty good kote stuff. 
I hope they'll do something heavy though soon, but it's probably not likely

I wanna like Rands so bad but i just can't get behind this new direction.
