You know what I find weird:

How did Nightmare, a band that had performed at several large venues like Budokan and Saitama Super Arena, end up performing New Years 2016, technically a 16th anniversary live, at Takadanobaba AREA? Like, did they even sell out AREA that night?

  They were invited as the special guest. Also bands of all sizes like to play at Area because it's iconic in the vk scene. Not quite on the same level as Nightmare but bands like Mejibray and Born still played at Area way after they got popular enough to fill it.
