I booked my hotel room for my trip to Japan in October. And I'm definitely going to go both concert hopping, and visual Kei shopping. But the only bands that I really like that are still doing concerts are Dir En Grey, D, Matenrou Opera, Kamijo and One Ok rock!
What are some bands that I should check out? Maybe buy some cheaper cds of theirs while I'm at Closet Child? Also what places should I go to? I'll be staying right in the heart of Shinjuku, right by the subway/train, so I can literally train anywhere.
I know that I'm going to go to Like An Edison, Jishuban Club, and Closet Child. But I definitely want to explore Tokyo. The last time I went, I didn't get to do what I wanted to, but this year I'm going to be ONLY in Tokyo, so I want to experience as much of it as I can! And go to concerts! (I only went to one because I had pre-purchased tickets.)
I just hope the bands that I want to see are playing while I'm there haha!
I'll be there October 24th - November 7th, so if anyone has suggestions as to what I should do during that time, I would LOVE to hear them!! ❤️

Ooh, nice! I love visiting temples and shrines. I believe there are some temples/shrines in Tokyo to see. The most famous one is the Asakusa shrine. There's also a famous shrine in Harajuku called the Meiji-jingu Shrine. (Unfortunately, I'm not sure about the furisode ^^;)
Here is a more thorough list of shrines and temples I found online: https://trulytokyo.com/tokyos-best-shrines-and-temples/ Hope that helps
Yes! Akihabara and Ikebukuro is like anime heaven XD So much anime goodies there, lol.

I'm guessing by your responses that you either live in Japan, or have been there enough times to know quite a bit about it. XD I may be asking you some questions as the months go on, so that I'm not totally lost and such haha.
I'm definitely going to have to buy a second suitcase, one for solely merch, and one for clothes lol. I want to make sure I have enough space for all the stuff I am planning on buying. I'm so looking forward to this trip, it's way overdue.

I only wish I lived in Japan ;w; It'd be so much easier to buy goods and CDs and to see the bands play live XD I've been there before, so I know a little bit about it ^^ So no problem. If you have any questions, I'll do my best to help out
I was just thinking how it might be a lot for only one suitcase, lol. When was the last time you visited Japan?
