Hope that too, if not we'll just find another platform to leech rarez, I am sure. And yes, I am one of those evil leechers, who mainly use the forum to pirate. Mostly because the stuff I am out looking for are old, rare and unlike Rob I haven't robbed a bank to afford all that shit.

This basically stems from a conversation I had with one of my high school friends a few years back. We were talking about whether or not DIR EN GREY have surpassed X JAPAN in popularity. I argued that Diru had the edge based on their global recognition and the fact that they have broke the Billboard charts five times, while X have only done it three times, with their three latest-released singles. So I looked around the forum, and since the inevitable question hasn't been come up, I thought I would do the honors: have the kohai surpassed the senpai? What do you guys think? Who have the edge in terms of popularity and overall relevance internationally? DIR EN GREY or X JAPAN? Let the battle begin.

I've seen a few, but one that sticks out in my mind is this very performance of "I LOVE YOU" by Yutaka Ozaki. Given the tragic way he went out and the emotional atmosphere of the song itself makes me well up quite a bit.

So I talked with the singer from Bang-Doll (total honor in itself), and apparently the group is going to be on a hiatus for at least two years cuz some members are sick or going through personal issues. Hope they come back then and aren't another VK band that fizzles out =__=".

C'mon now, I can't be the only one who thinks Shocking Lemon is eerily similar to classic 90's emo. Maybe that's what I love about them? I do enjoy some SDRE and "Pinkerton" from time to time.

Ohh man, I enjoy these guys a strong bit. The bass playing/vocals and some guitar parts remind me of Primus, which is an outstanding thing in my eyes. On Sputnikmusic, my icon is actually their mascot guy flipping the bird, which is the cover to one of their first EP's lol. Brilliant band all around though. One of the very few times that YouTube recs was accurate back in 2012 or so XD.
