@fitear1590, Ziyoou-vachi look real interesting, and that sample is pretty awesome. I'll get to them too. XD And it's really nice to see something like a live sample up there, another great listen. You're really selling UNiTE.! CROSS VEIN has always been a band I feel more should get into. It's something not usually seen and quite different. Much love to you and Cuushe for that track!

, I saw waterweed as a recommendation to look out for this year. Looks like I would've turned a blind eye if it wasn't for you. Very strong song selection, I'm going to have to check them out. OZROSAURUS' track is my favourite of your selections. It is so super catchy, I wasn't expecting such a hard yet melodious sound. ALSDEAD has always been a VK band I haven't bothered looking into after their albums, but this sounds quite nice and promising. I'll check out another album if this is featured on it. Plastic Tree's single was great overall, I couldn't decide on one track, I kept changing my mind so took it out but I love your selection and blurb of it. It's great to see a Jpop selection which isn't on mine. <3 I didn't think WHITE ASH sounds like that, I'm going to have to dig into their discography more. Loving the repeated lyrics in that sample. And FACT sound as promising as always, a very great instant choice on your end, once again.
 
@CAT5, double exposure for chara, hella yeah. That daoko album was pretty cool from start to finish but nothing jumped out at me that much. You've changed that for me though. Great to see an upload from here get another mention. Sundays & Cybele sounds nice, too much has gone over my head this month. X'D siamese cats sounds even more lovely, I've always wanted to hear them after I found them a while back. Glorious. I do have an image of 'The Lady and The Tramp''s siamese cats dancing when I hear that sample for some reason though. xD That haisuinonasa single I liked 2/3 tracks of, and the one you've included is my favourite on it. x3 

I was going to respond to this thread with a lengthy discussion of favs in Jpop but that can wait/I'll cut it down. XD
 
But on this, about Ayu-chan, I've only listened to her compilations, but I'm going to try her older albums at some point. I'm staying up-to-date on her because she isn't the 'Madonna' I heard and thought she was. I'm excited hearing her upcoming works, and I'm digging Last Minute more so thanks to the recently done PV of it aha. I dled GIFT but haven't got to it yet, but I am really enjoying how she's sounding in these two recent PVs, nice contrast. I forgot about it at first but Ayu orgy anyone? Much PV.

This is me in every kind of music. If I am new to a musician and they have a compilation or two out, I will always go for that. This is because I have no idea where to start off with when it comes to albums or their other works. Everyone has their own favourites so going by opinions or the general most favoured option I dislike doing since I usually prefer an artist's supposedly worst stuff (lol). As for a musician who I am already a fan of, even if it's the same songs I've heard of, I'll still want it. But only IF they're my favourite. Take Chara and Plastic Tree for example, I have their entire discographies, even complications. If they're my fav, I feel like listening to all their releases is important. Even more so with special collections like B-sides and such. The only ones I disagree with are musicians who come out with a compilation when they've just recently become active. I remember one or two bands doing this but I can't remember their names. Apart from that, sum up is, unless you're my favourite or I'm new to you, I'll pass on your complications like your EPs and singles unless that's all you've got up for now. >.<

You have to hearf Biophilia! It's in my opinion one of the bestg albums by her

I absolutely adore her song 'Army of Me' which was inserted in one of my favourite films, 'Sucker Punch.' I first discovered her there and that wasn't too long ago, admittedly. Then I later realised she did that song 'Oh so quiet' and practically punched myself for not remembering her. She has a glorious voice and I just know by that I MUST check out her albums some time. I've downloaded her recent one because of the fantastic cover art and I'm looking forward to seeing more of her.

Age used to bother me when I was younger but so did everything I believed to be weird was wrong in my books. That's just how most of us are, even when we're in our teen years and older. But with time and growing up, I've come to realise that it's not a problem. And it shouldn't be a problem. Since when does age come into love anyway? I think that's what happens when you get older, since seeing elderly couples makes it less weird really. Imagine an eighteen year old with a twenty eight year old. Now some people might think this as bizzare, but then look at it when both are aged over thirty. They'd be a couple aged thirty five and fourty five. Even over a ten age gap, it doesn't matter as long as the love is true and the age gap is fine between the two involved. No one else outside should affect what the couple want to be right. Even taking my grandma as an example, her husband was twenty years over her age, yet she and he and no one else saw it as problematic. The only obvious problem is anyone under that eighteen mark is an easy and instant no-no zone. And if it's an elderly dude with a loada dosh with a -50 age compared to him lass around his arms, then that's probably not happening, amirite? (see link for such an example) There's a series on TV right now that looks into age gap love called, you guessed it, 'Age Gap Love,' and it's a pretty nice and genuine documentary on this discussion.

In VK, off the top of my head, girugamesh's NOW and The GazettE's TOXIC seems to be more disliked than liked, but my all time favourite in VK which seems to go unnoticed is EAT YOU ALIVE's Apocalypsis. A flawless album, one of my firm favourites in VK. Also, seconding vistlip's THEATER to the heavens.

Ohhhhhh I understand now! That's awesome, it's definitely something unique I would probably end up breaking my fingers if I tried that.

Mmn, manda and I met each other online about 4 years ago. She lived in New York and I lived in Georgia at the time. We were friends for about 2 1/2 years when I confessed to her that I liked her, expecting her to be like "uh o.o okay." and blow me off. Quite the opposite really.
A lot of drama (not between us, but things in our lives) and roughly 2 years later, we now live together in Seattle.
So, I'd say long distance relationships depend on the people involved. Distance really isn't an issue at first, though with time it can get hard and stressful. If the relationship and feelings are true, anything is possible.

Having a part of a song in your head but you can't remember what the song is called nor the musician who did it is one of my most torturous things ever. ._.
