They describe their music as synthpop, New Wave, Gothic rock and pop merged into some kind of glamorous pop. They released their debut album, Final Attraction, in 2007. As of January 2010, the band has announced that they would be going on a hiatus. First time I was listening to the SHINee world I was really confused I always wanted to sing along in English. And I didn't know why. Guess I'd heard the other version before. Although, the fact that all of the members met at an anime convention makes it a bit ambiguous; I'm pretty sure they never labeled, nor have their producers labeled, themselves as VK.
