new band "CLØWD" will hold their first secret live under band name "雲(CLØWD)" at Ikebukuro EDGE at 2014/12/08 and their first formal live "クラウドゼロ(CLØWD ZERO)" at Ikebukuro EDGE at 2015/01/08, at which their live-limited single "WAKE UP" will be released (1,000yen), although member details have not yet been announced

Sounds pretty similar to KOU, so I think you might be right. Preview sounds pretty good, so I'll deff be keeping my eye on them.
