So i have a macbook pro (Processor  2.66 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo)

and i have a 320gb internal storage drive.

and I was wondering... is there even a way to upgrade the storage?

I was talking to a friend and he said that he's not sure if it's possible. but he's also a PC person and doesnt know

anything about macs....

So....if anyone knows please let me know ><

My niece's boyfriend has quite a bit of knowledge of Mac computers, and afaik he said that it is possible to take out the Mac CD-drive and replace it with either an extra processor or an extra harddrive. However, I highly suggest you let someone who knows what he's doing do that for you, lol. Also, how many inches is your MacBook? I know this is possible for a 15-inch but also with a 13-inch (though harder because the 13-inch is smaller).

Mine is the 15inch model. lol, yeah of course I'll take it somewhere. I dont wanna risk permanently fucking up my computer when I sure as hell dont have the money to get a new one.

jup, the cd-drive to harddrive switch is possible for all macbook-pros that have a cd-drive (hence not the retina-models, which sucks for me :P )

here is the kit (or one of them, i guess there exist multiple ones) http://www.mcetech.com/optibay/

depending on the year/generation of your macbook you will have to let a specialist do the swap, because the macbooks became increasingly user-unfriendly and now use screws that need specialised tools to use with it etcetc #applefuckshitcunts

edit:

here's a video of that...

Of course it is possible :P

I have upgraded my MacBook with 1TB hdd ; ) In my case it was just a matter of removing the battery and the rest was even easier~

In case of MBP, you have to check tutorial for your exact model but feel free to watch this, for example:
