妃阿甦(THE PIASS) new project "平成"下克上"倶楽部(heisei "gekokujou" club)" has formed in 2011/10 for live performance and musical activities, which comprises 4 bands with 妃阿甦(THE PIASS) as the core one, and further bands will be invited to join in the future

No, but they're part of that project...thing (平成"下克上"倶楽部). I'm assuming it's some sort of concert series that has a story to it? Is anyone able to shed a bit more light onto what 平成"下克上"倶楽部 actually is?
