      How long do you usually let your hair get? I am actually trying to grow mine out, but it needs to lock a bit more before I see any real length.

      Longest front bang is an inch from tip of nose if I pull it down, sidebang is inch from jaw, back is a half inch of hang. Thinned in layers. I can still style it to look more professional in office but I am pushing it hard.
