ZIZ will release their new EP "Liquid Stunt Flavor" on 2018/08/25 at their oneman gig "Salon du Detéster #15" held at Zirco Tokyo. The live will also feature guests Hitomi (ウミユリ) and 美良 政次 (a.k.a. Seth from Moi Dix Mois / Z from Art Cube). No further info about the actual contents of the CD.

There hasn't been much movement on their official platforms recently, but today they posted a cryptic tweet implying that they will announce something on 7th July... might as well be another hiatus I guess (?). xD

It's actually just 4 songs cuz they played some of them twice, but yeah. xD Would be cool to hear them, hopefully sooner than later!

These guys have some of the best / most ridiculous looks, but then their music always just kinda pales in comparison (except for a small handful of tunes)...

btw it appears they did not play many original songs at their debut live, mostly just covers from Cuckoo, FIGURE'71, GalapagosS...

That finale was cringey and boring as hell, oh wow. WHAT WERE THOSE LIPSYNCS???? Clusterfuck to the max. I'm kinda happy with the winner I guess, but I'm just glad it's over, lol. A messy ending to a mess of a season.

Hah, neat! I never noticed that. They might have left out the DISORDER reference because technically they were still called ガゼット at that time (or at least that's my theory).

Yeah, cool cover art! Kinda interested in how the album will turn out. Deicide has never been a band that I'm super-into, but whenever the mood strikes I like to spin almost all their albums equally. Good stuff. In other news, I gave the new Craft and Marduk a spin today. Craft was okay, Marduk was largely skippable. I was bored to tears... except for maybe Werwolf and Narva, those were two entertaining tracks (funny cuz initially I was not sure what to think of the former xD).

Hmmm, seeing how this is a cover event, the song might actually be a Kuroyume cover? Interesting nonetheless.

This is so ridiculous and obnoxious that it's almost kinda entertaining. Also I somehow thought I cracked the code that their name is supposed to mean 'elevate' in an Engrish way but then I saw they were named L.A. bash all the emotions...

I listened to the album a couple of times, but I don't have that much of a desire to revisit it anytime soon.... it's a completely okay album tho. I like how it reminds me a bit more of BEAUTIFUL DEFORMITY's playfulness and not DOGMA's hurrdurr-serious-business tone. It has a more positive aftertaste for me than their previous one overall.

I love love LOOOVE the look! ♥ Also, the tracklist of the demo tape they'll be selling at their 06/28 debut live is available in one of their tweets, basically it's a song called "Kuchinashi" and some sort of new version of "Cuckoo no su no ue de" (from the previous Sharaku×Ao band Cuckoo). It will also come with a download code, so let's hope it'll make its way onto the net sometime later~
