I listened to the extra tracks. Black Jesus † Amen Fashion is really groovy, the other two are kinda average/forgettable.

A bit of VELVET EDEN news: Aci (composer/violinist) is out of the band, and guess who's back? Dada is working with Kalm again. Dunno if they keep the bandname or what...on Facebook Dada says that VELVET EDEN is over, yet he goes on in the comments about how him and Kalm are such a perfect combination, and that they want to do music in the vein of classic VE. Done my first listen, was expecting something like this. Great stuff, lots of memorable tracks and more variety than what I thought. Before listening I was a bit afraid about the length, but I glad it didn't turn out boring at all. Favorite tracks: Government Hooker, Judas, Scheiße, Highway Unicorn, Electric Chapel, The Edge of Glory

If anyone wants to give them a try, Hungarian sludge/stoner/hardcore metal band IGOR has their EP up for free download. This is their first official recording, eventhough they've been going strong for like 10-15 years, lol. They're nothing extraordinary or special but I think people who like this genre will enjoy this EP too. A little taste: 1BWiDFUpLq8

Don't know who to credit, but here's a radio rip of G3, which is a re-recording of their old, similarly titled song. Sounds amazing/powerful, even for a radio recording! Can't wait to hear it in CD quality!

^ I must note that I love the sound quality of some of their new songs, so I hope they'll hire someone top-notch for the new album too. This crisp yet powerful sound style is better suited to their current direction of music. (and I suspect I might be in a minority with MARROW OF A BONE being one of my fave albums of theirs, but I sometimes imagine just how much more BADASS it would sound if that guy mixed it who did Hageshisa... ...or even re-mixing/mastering UROBOROS, that would be godly)

LOL the twitter crew must be stuck in some time warp. Release date's been out since almost a month. I hope we'll get a tracklist in a few weeks' time! (and maybe an album release date too?)

Listened to Hair, not bad (though IMO 5 minutes is a bit much)! I predict I'll like it even more after many listens. I like the direction this album seems to be going in.

Not really sure what to think of the album...I'm kinda disappointed. I like the first 4 tracks, and track 8, but other than that...ehh. Fiction is really awesome though! If they had made a mini album instead, it would've been sooo~ much better though, kinda like this: 01. The Fact 02. Fiction 03. Back To You 04. You 05. 비가 오는 날엔 ...but like an album, it gets boring (and annoying) fast.

I was suspecting some old-school VK covers to pop up. edit: there's also a hilariously dramatic update on the special webpage (at least based on Google Translator xD) that says that they shockingly disband today, so they won't release the Ecstasy DT on their UNDER THE MOONLIGHT TOUR EPISODE-Ⅰtour (LOL), nor their major debut single Believe. I love these guys' sense of humor. xD

That sucks but hopefully they'll find worthy replacements. ^^
