I would totally be up for a fully extreme metal theme, seperate from "regular" rock/metal... Nothing lighter than old Slayer pls!

^ Cool mentions! Lebanon Hanover are fantastic, minimal and totally bleak. They just released their new album, as good as anything else they've done so far! This other band sounds kickass too, I'm gonna have to look into them later.

^ Kinda reminds me of PIERROT... actually, quite a bit of their songs has that kind of atmosphere. Not directly referencing, sometimes not even musically, just kinda similar feel.

It would be cool if they released footage from their festival like B-T did for theirs, i.e. 1 disc per day with 1 song by each artist and then the full set of the main band.

^ It's pretty dumb, yeah... Like I kinda understand how they wanted to showcase only all the new stuff like for example BUCK-TICK did with the 13th Floor with Diana DVD. But at least with B-T's release there was a whole theatrical concept / vague storyline to it, not just a regular (albeit gigantic) concert like here. xD

aww I kinda like the video too. XD Also yes, pretty nice song and Dani seems to be in much better form than on their last album. It's strange, I've become kind of accustomed to the albums of the past few years over time, there's always something good/interesting going on in them. Maybe just too long for my taste at times. I hope this new one will deliver because this is a promising omen.

^ Damn, I should get into these albums more! That Skinned Alive track sounds brutal indeed! And while we're on the topic: Entrails just released their new album "Obliteration". It's Swedish, it's death metal, those two bits of information tell you all you need to know about the sound. Not even halfway through yet, but it's already pretty good. Dat gheetar sounddd. edit: and more cool albums in the "what's new" category: Dopethrone's "Hochelaga" is pretty solid, Elder's "Lore" is utterly riff-gasmic. Dem doomin' riffz.
