If you're desperate enough to raise the stakes enough and say "you'll disband unless ..." it means you've clearly given up as a band anyway. So this was expected.

That PV is the oddest combination of qualities that absolutely fits their musical style. They paid money for these nifty looking stock CG clips and then they're interspersed with ugly font slashed on the screen and even uglier live footage. I find it incredibly hilarious that they have the camera so far away from them on stage, so you can see how nonplussed the crowd is. Why showcase the crowd if they're going to stand like statues? You're not doing yourself any favors DAZ.

I would highly doubt that they would ever release the Nokubura cover. I think it was just a thing they did at their oneman for fun.

I don't have any concrete details on Kobayashi, but this isn't all too uncommon with side-projects. the HIATUS instantly came to mind when I read this. I guess their line-up is more solid now, but in their earlier days, they listed two drummers and two keyboardists as members and they would play certain dates (probably) depending on location and availability.
