Oh this, so much.
I don't get how it can be so difficult to save up for a single CD, it's just a matter of priorities.

While I agree multi-type releases is freaking crap but keep in mind that the Japanese market is slightly different. Japanese fans tend to devote themselves to one band only, so while Western fans might be fans of several bands making multi-release campaigns impossible for them to keep up with. A Japanese fan may only listen to Kiryu so buying their 20 type single release isn't too hard on them because they only care about Kiryu. Also from what I understand, the multi-type release is a way to inflate sale numbers because Oricon charts don't differentiate between what types people buy. So now that fan that bought all 20 types of Kiryu's new CD pads onto that number that determines the single's ranking on the Oricon charts. No wonder Kiryu is so popular!
Don't get me wrong though, I hate this multi-type release gimmick that labels do but realizing the two items above. It makes sense how it works in that scene.
I'm pretty forgiving when it comes to live only stuff. It sucks but it's the best way for them to make the most money back to support themselves instead of losing bits and pieces to it from the distribution costs. I don't like it but I can see why bands do live onlys, get their devotees to come to the live but also not have to worry about losing anything from costs associated from nationwide distribution. 
Bringing up good old Wataru, what I found sickening were the fangirls blaming the victim. Their beautiful kawaii idol could never do something so horrible and obviously she deserved it. Who knows, maybe she was being an insufferable fangirl (just like them) that caused Wataru to snap and choke her but no one deserves to be attacked like that. It's okay though, 12012 is terrible anyway.
The entitlement issues Western fans have. I think what frustrates me the most is the jerk offs that will whine about how they NEED the latest Kiryu release. You don't NEED it to live, you don't NEED it to eat or breath. If you need it that badly then do something about it, mow lawns, sort recycle from the trash, clean your neighbor's gutters or something. Screaming and crying how it's not fair someone else bought the CD and you can't listen to it is the most obnoxious crap. I'd go Wataru on a bitch the next time someone cries at me because I won't share with them something I bought.

I think their music has gone better than epic with their awesome skills ,
but not all of the Para:noir remake / re-arrange tracks are great .

I think BFN being sell-outs or playing electro rock is not the main issue of people's complaints, but rather their lack of diversity in sound. The issue with those bands is, that you can listen to one single or one song and you already know how everything else they have released or are going to release sound too. And before the kote vs neo visual kei war starts: I am not denying, that this never has been an issue in visual kei, actually it is one of the biggest issues visual rock always had. Maybe the only difference is that back then bands never became known or popular enough to be able to pull this whole mainstream trend and money milking thing off (they rather disbanded beforehand).

Early Xodiack for sure are crappy and horrible, but i personally think that they have become a way better and a decent band after their hiatus. And even the crappy era of Xodiack is sometimes very charming to listen to (well, I generally have nothing against unoriginal crap or kote bands). I just don't like this whole Electro rock mixed with Metalcore and Pop stuff. And it is a bit disappointing to realize that BFN are as bad as Xodiack with no progression at all- it is then the combination with trendy neo VK that make them totally horrible for me. I mean, their first single was actually very good, but everything that came afterwards just didn't appeal to me at all and their newest song combines all elements I find are the reason why I dislike todays VK.

I guess for us kote kei elitists it is a bit sad to see Rame going from "dark" visual kei to poppy, funny dance songs (despite his personal progression). I think most of us are pissed that BFN didn't evolve the sound and style they have had with their first single and rather jumped on the "mainstream bandwagon". I can understand them somehow, Rame wants to make money (see the hand full of different single types) which is also a clear statement, that he doesn't care about his band being unique or diverse in sound. I personally still judge the band for being that obviously money greedy (please don't come with the "but you don't need to buy all types if you aren't a fan...).

It sounds like you really hate them. I mean - there must always be a reason why they have fans, right?
Also, I like e.g. Takerus vocals because he's super unforgettable and thank about one thing: What would the band be with other vocals? Seriously, SuG for example here sound so cute, happy and SuG-like because that's how Takeru makes the lyrics sound; the vocals + the instrumentals make the music.
I hope you get what I mean. I also don't like some vocalists' voice but without them the band wouldn't sound like they do.
Oh, and also I think there should really be a thread for good vocalists. For example Sono of Matenrou Opera would (for me) also be good in singing other songs (I mean - he could sing Pop songs and sound awesome!). <3

it is announced at Megaromania one-man live "Sentence of Future..." at Meguro Rock May Kan at 2013/02/11 that they will disband after their one-man live "THE LEGEND OF CREATION" at Shibuya O-East at 2013/07/31

Although the information has yet to be confirmed by an official channel, sources are reporting that Megaromania has announced at live their intention to disband after their July oneman. 

So far, there are only 4 UNDER CODE bands which have not announced disbandment. More and more, it's looking like none of them will survive the label's dismantling.

Ba.tatsuki(VIRULENT) has ceased to act as their support Ba. since their live at Shibuya REX at 2013/01/28...I wonder whether VIRULENT will resume activities soon

Aki wrote that they might have only 1 or 2 lives every 6 months.  This is a band for bandmen who actually have lives (plural of "life"!) outside of music.  They're doing covers at the first live, but they will eventually perform original songs in the future.
