Furik reacted to Keiyuu in KISAKI conspiracy? Strange things I noticed related to Kisaki's old bands Levia and LAYBIAL
I noticed some very strange things about Kisaki's bands Levia and LAYBIAL, which were around in 1993 and 1994. For example, this is the tracklisting of the MISS tape by LAYBIAL.
01. Dejavu
02. MISS
03. virginig Plesures
04. Refuse
05. MOTHER
06. One More Love
Official source: http://under-ground-music.com/kisakihppart/english/DiscShosai.php?shohinNo=000009
Also in the mid-90s there was a band called VICE∞RISK. They released the tape Mother and this is the tracklist:
01. Virgining Plesures
02. Refuse
03. Mother
04. One More Love
I saw the lyrics sheet with my own eyes, so I can confirm that it's real.
Now let's look at Levia's KELOID tape:
01. KELOID
02. PRAY
Official source: http://under-ground-music.com/kisakihppart/english/DiscShosai.php?shohinNo=000007
Around the same time there was a band called Nude of J. Their 傷痕 demo looks like this:
01. KELOID
02. 恋に焦がれ愛に埋もれ
03. PRAY
I also saw a sheet of this tape, the tracklist is legit.
I can upload pics of the VICE∞RISK and Nude of J tracklists, if you guys want to see a proof.
So.. Can anyone explain this? For me, it doesn't make sense at all.
VICE∞RISK and Nude of J seem to be COMPLETELY unrelated to Kisaki or his bands. I even compared the member names, because sometimes members went into different bands and rerecorded songs they've written for another band, but there's not a single similar name anywhere.
Was Kisaki making things up when he decided to release information about this old bands and just took random songtitles of obscure bands from that time? O:
Or did the bands just covered each other, which is highly unlikely...
I know there's a KISAKI history book out there. Maybe someone here owns it, so we could compare the titles? But I'm 99% sure that it will contain the same information as on that UCP site.

Furik reacted to nekkichi in lynch. new album "GALLOWS" release
the avoided sun and the singles preceding it are their finest imo, but their first album is a good early deathgaze knock-off if you like early deathgaze.
all of their recent stuff sounds the same to me.

Furik got a reaction from Zeus in [SOLVED] is Google Play is it any good to buy music?
Yes, I've bought a ton if music from Google Play and I've never had a problem with quality.
Plus what's nice is despite being able to download the music, your purchase is also tied to your Google account so its automatically streamable through Google Music on the website (play.Google.com/music/listen) and the Android/iOS app too.

Furik got a reaction from ShanethVarosa in [Korean] 2NE1
^ TBH i'd be super pissed if it's just a mini album. After all this waiting, we get just a little mini album with 5-6 tracks. Fuck that. I think Blackjacks deserve a full album because 'To Anyone' was released.. what.. 3-4 years ago? It's time, 2NE1!

Furik got a reaction from nullmoon in girugamesh best album release
Some good picks on there like shadan, volcano and patchwork. I hope it's not a live best-of though. Would really like good version of volcano (hoping the best-of is remastered anyway).

Furik got a reaction from bepsi in MUCC new album "THE END OF THE WORLD" release
I agree, their last album was a surprise. Sure it had some candy-coated songs but their last couple albums haven't really disappointed me and I am okay with the fact that i'll never get another 666 or Kuchiki no tou because those albums are just long behind them.

Furik got a reaction from Zeus in Turntable.fm is shutting down December 3
Turntable.fm will shut down next month after nearly two years of operation. Turntable says that the decision to shut down its social music service was a tough one, but that it wants to begin focusing all of its efforts on Turntable Live, a new site that invites artists to stream live concerts to fans. Though Turntable.fm seemed to have some cult following, it appears music licensing costs finally became too much to handle. "The cost of running a music service has been too expensive, and we can't outpace it with our efforts to monetize it and cut costs," Turntable writes.
The service's final day of operation will be December 2nd, when Turntable promises to throw one final party. "If we also want to give Turntable Live a real shot, we need to fully focus on it," Turntable writes. So far, it's happy with the response. The streaming shows — all of which are hosted from Turntable's SoHo studio — try to recreate the live concert experience, straight down to asking fans to buy tickets ahead of time. Eleven shows have been run so far, with the last one bringing in $670 from 170 total viewers. While recreating the feel of a concert may be an exciting goal, Turntable.fm's users will likely be upset over losing the charm of being a digital DJ.
