I still believe people throw the word hate around far too easily when they see someone having a negative opinion. Dislike is often forgotten about, while it is much more commonly the case.

People only seem to get angry about others having an opposite opinion when those bands are hyped up? There are certain artists who are trashed in their respective topics, and no one cares about it whenever that happens, or even happily participate.

I can't wait until it happens.

I've found that subcultures in music only really exist in small groups nowadays. I used to have a circle in Belgium that existed solely of 80's thrash metal followers, and they looked as if they came straight out of that period in time. As expected, however, it fell apart after a while and more people started dressing casually and the guys cut their hair (the tears I've shed). You're right about social media playing a role in this, I think. No one has to dress themselves to an extreme anymore to be recognized. Walking down the streets today gives me not even the slightest idea about what people's tastes and interests are, it's really sad seeing the same people all over again. They don't stand out, they don't give off any sort of vibe that separates them from the rest. It's just like everybody wants to follow in a flock of sheep.

I am slightly confused. Are there now two 'best-of' albums coming up, each with two editions, a limited and regular edition? CDJapan lists two versions of Royal Blood, and two versions of Kakumei no Keifu. Royal Blood appear to be 'revival-best' of albums, and Kakumei no Keifu are 'anniversary-best' of albums. Is Royal Blood the album with the re-recordings? edit: It appears the newly announced Royal Blood is the infamous second release that stirred up some confusion, which Kamijo talked of during his conference on Japan Expo Sud and during a niconico livestream. This album will contain three brand new tracks, including "Royal Blood", and two tracks that are yet to be announced. Royal Blood will further contain re-recordings of Kamijo's own favourite tracks, picked from releases throughout his entire career. Limited Edition includes a DVD with a special documentary, including a long interview with Kamijo, unreleased rare footage from during his time in Versailles and LAREINE, four live tracks taken from the DEATH PARADE FINAL tour we've already seen material of on Youtube, and a photobook. I wasn't even aware of season two having started earlier this month, probably because I lost my attention to the series right after season one ended. Your opinion of course might be different after you've finished the first season, but I found myself having a hard time finishing it.
