I don't think you can convince anyone about these apparent similarities you see between these two completely different bands. And like Shaolan mentioned; Rentrer en Soi will still be remembered ten years from now.

I have always ended the tally on late-2001, early-2002, the period in which Syndrome finalized its activities. By that time the 'kote-kote' era was officially over for me. I have always been more drawn to the more or less original blend of Visual Kei; chaotic, hypnotic and when you look at earlier activities, more genuine than what I'd call recent music. Musicians would care to create art instead of simply taking on an appearance to attract youngsters and popularity. Lately I have been attempting to more or less drop the modern music and end my searches for something that can still entertain me and stick to what I know as of now, as it's becoming increasingly difficult to find original works. The other side of the old garde of course burgeoned to life in the late 80's, with bands such as X JAPAN, LUNA SEA and 聖飢魔II. I have been listening to Glam Rock since my early teenage years so it was only natural for me to branch out to other countries starting from there, and I'd look out for bands who were influenced by the likes of Mötley Crüe and Poison. I had my first experiences with X JAPAN, ZIGGY, Cats In Boots, TOKYO YANKEES, 44MAGNUM and Loudness when I was perhaps twelve years old. They bear a greater charm to me than modern bands and music do, their characters stand out more and I feel as if these musicians were genuinely interested in creating music and didn't just do it 'because they could' and then give up after a year, like most Visual Kei bands nowadays do. A few bands I have greatly been in to the past several months; BY-SEXUAL, Gilles de Rais, WITH SEXY, VIOLET-NARCISSUS, Justy-Nasty, ZI:KILL. Of course other names are in that list as well, but I'd probably be creating an entire archive of them were I to go on.

He realized he wasn't worthy of that name.

This. Shipping large orders from RarezHut to Europe is unfortunately double the expenses than it is when I purchase large orders from Japan. Even with FromJapan's extra service fees I'm better off than I am with RarezHut.I'd perhaps be interested if you offered different shipping methods, Val (and Panda), because you always choose tracking without discussing it with the customer and this heavily increases the price. I've never lost a single package before in the mail, and I am certain that other people overseas would appreciate it as well.

Their best release thus far. They've grown into a full-fledged Power Metal force and I enjoy every second of it. Most talented band in the scene nowadays.

How is this even a competition? Rentrer En Soi.

Stop with the cheki! My wallet is screaming at you, Kisaki!

Sean Schemmel is the best thing that has happened to Goku. I can't stand DBZ in Japanese (actually one of the few subs which I hate) where Goku is voiced by a woman and still sounds like he's six years old.

Another ZI÷KILL fan, wonderful! I agree, it isn't quite often that people join the forum who have a taste for the more... original blend of Visual Kei. I'll be keeping an eye out for your Tumblr blog. (Also, you can practice your Dutch with me, if you want to.)

Well, that is a disappointment. Awful vocalist.

Ordered the Brand X version. Uploads will be provided on inartistic's website.

The fans, most definitely. Generally I could not even call most of these people fans, as their sole objective seems to be to destroy musicians' their reputation. You saw bandman X from band Y walking across the street with a girl by his side? Repent! It doesn't matter if it is his sister, cousin, or childhood friend! Gather all forces and make certain that this girl is being stalked and made miserable for the rest of her early adulthood!

I'm either buying the webshop version or the Brand X one. I am still not sure, give me a week or so to decide as there's still time, haha — Getting comments from all members is nice, but I really treasure those personal video messages too.

Seriously, FromJapan. You charged me extra to ship this in a large box because 'that was the most convenient packaging at hand'?

I'd like to create a thread for this 'phenomenon', if it's accepted, of course (I think it is). I have opened up to the topic more often lately and it is quite easy for me to talk about, for some reason. I wonder if there are other people here who consider themselves out of the age range for when it would be considered normal to lose one's virginity (17 is the average age, by the way). Please share your stories, points of view, religious reasons or perhaps fears! --- I'm almost 23 and still a virgin. Not so 'old' for it to be considered truly strange, but I do feel some sort of peer pressure regarding sexual relationships coming from my environment. I've dated a few guys around my age but I suppose that around this age, sex comes before romance, because none of them engaged in any romantical activities with me (going out on dates, having a bite to eat, or anything else that could be considered fun, or activities that would allow two persons to get to know each other better), and they left me because I did not want to engage in sexual activities after two weeks of seeing them. It was the only thing they talked about, quite frankly. When would I be ready, how I would feel about having sex with them to get to know them better, et cetera. They wouldn't ever let the topic rest and appeared to be solely focused on the first time we'd be having sex. Apparently in this age it is easier to discover romance through sex, than to discover sex through romance. I do not know if this makes me old-fashioned, but I do feel like the odd one out there. It's not quite often that I entertain in fantasies about having a sexual relationship with an actual person. I haven't ever felt sexually attracted to someone who I have dated as I personally consider this as something that needs to grow over time. Sometimes it makes me feel dirty to think about it, as in that I don't like the idea of sharing my body with someone else before I truly know how to trust them and that I am certain I will want to spend the rest of my life with them.

While not exactly a real problem, this is just something I have noticed. I have been stuck on the same counter for a while now (40d, 11h, 8m, 25s) and it doesn't seem to increase any longer. Just thought it'd be something worth mentioning.
