I suppose this "[collector] Tour Extra ~Mystery Day~" (and maybe other gigs during the period?) is where you exchange the mystery card for. Basically forcing you to attend ANOTHER gig on top of the 6 you already attended but its MERRY so whatever hahahaha

Its a gift that you get when you submit ticket stubs from all 6 different gigs of "10th Anniversary NEW LEGEND OF HIGH COLOUR" (each day where the band will play all the songs from 1 specific album) in 2011. There are 2 versions; 1 with the cover in red & the other in black. There is no difference in the content though.
 
I attended the 1st 5 days and passed the stubs to a friend who attended the 5th & 6th day, after which she used to exchange for the cassette tape then

deadman announced another gig to commentate their disbandment gig in 2006 on the same day & month & venue.
I reckon there will be more announcements after this, since the expiry date of their comeback is in Sep 2020.

I know it was supposedly available in CDJapan/HMV at one point but I still question whether was it a accidental listing and it was never actually available to the public. The public release of the CD was not mentioned on their official twitter and why would I purposely print like an additional 500 copies just for public sales? Unless they solely underestimated the demand, else, if they want to keep the CD exclusive, its exclusive enough as it is as a live-limited CD and should keep it at that.
 
Anyhoo, I still see it listed for around 5000 yen at mercari/yahoo auctions just last week but I can say its not really worth the trouble 😜 The real exclusive release is the 2 songs that comes in the download code found in the pamphlet that you can only buy in their recently concluded tour in 2019 that's going for 8000yen in mercari now:

I was disappointed that they didn't play "additional cause for sorrow" but I should count my lucky stars that I didn't attend the osaka one where they didn't play that AND "リスからの手紙".  "Circus" (one of my favourites) missing from all their recent setlists since they reformed so we can most probably don't expect it in future lives.

All 3 versions (public sales version, 「三角と工業」version, live venue version) has 2 CDs so the version you saw on the website (public sales version aka 【頚椎盤】)  is correct.

ヘルニアⅠⅠ, ⅠⅠⅠ & ⅠV does not sound like any part of "ヘルニア" so its safe to assume they are entirely new songs.
