New song 'Where Is The Edge', also featured for some movie which is going to suck, as you can see in the video. I kind of like the song though:
-
The second song is called true word, not world. I thought both songs were meh. Nothing exciting. The instrumentals were completely useless even, because nothing is going on. Because it wasn't crap I will still give the single a 5/10.

Screamworks had no memorable songs to me, unfortunately. Every other album had songs that I can clearly remember and songs which are unique, but if I put Screamworks on and walk away from my room for 30 seconds and come back I wouldn't know if they're still on the same song or the next... I guess I should give it another chance and listen to each song more carefully, because I threw the album away really quickly.

The parts with the red and blue glowing drumsticks reminded me of Star Wars. But I agree, that was awful... No, no, no... STORM is not a crappy song Why do you think it's crappy? For the chorus maybe? I admit that could've been better (the 'in the stormyyy' part) but at least give some credit to the amazingly well fitting guitar solo in that song! It's rare to come across a solo in a song that fits so perfectly as this one in my opinion. Lolita23q better don't mess that up!

It's funny how a band like D'ERLANGER sells much better than bands like DELUHI and 12012 and yet outside of Japan they drool at the latter two and they forget about D'ERLANGER. Comments on youtube are the most irrelevant comments you will ever read in your entire life! "OMGGG ASAGI IS SOOOO CUTE ^__^;__ I LOVE D <33<3<3<333!1111shiftshift" "jrock fucking sucks gay balls emo faggots" Yeah, we know, we know... Anyhow, back on-topic: I'm kind of worried about Matenrou Opera's attempt actually. I hope for the best and I'm sure instrumental wise it will sound good but his voice... won't fit. I think.

Green Day, I used to listen to these guys every day like... 6 or 7 years ago. Now I think they're boring to me with the exception of a few songs on their last album which I actually enjoyed. Disturbed, just lost interest over time. When their new album was released I thought "oh let's have a listen to that... tonight" like 20 freakin' times because I always forget! Sonata Arctica, I cannot listen to the singer's voice for longer than 10 minutes before it starts to bore me. Metallica suffers the same fate. I like the music these guys make but the vocalist gets boring after 10 minutes. It's just one of these voices that... I don't know. I like it kinda, but I can't listen to a whole album anymore. Seether... same thing about the vocalist again but their compositions don't do anything to me anymore either. Nightwish, used to love them, but now I just like them. Wouldn't mind listening to them but there are 100 bands that I like to listen to more. HIM, used to be in love with them too, but now I just like them. Except their last album which was a pile of shit. I still think Venus Doom is a great album though. And there are more...

I thought the label MUCC was working with was under Universal Music Japan. Universal is also mentioned on my copy of Shion. Not that it matters though, we're going kinda off-topic here. Anyway, I don't like the covers either, but hell, it's WAY better than NOW...

I don't see where all this negativity is coming from to be honest. Pledge is an alright song. It's not really special, that I agree on, but it's not rubbish by any means. The True Murderous Intent is fucking awesome, people! This rocks on all levels. I think the female vocals add a lot to the track. Voiceless Fear is pretty much the same as Pledge: as in, it's not special but it's still good. The second track really makes this single, but the others are not bad either.

Melkweg. Cool. I might go.
-
Yeah, it's kind of disappointing it's only one song. Still looking forward to it though.
-
Well at least we'll get a short preview before the song is released. But I would count on somewhere halfway through january at best.
-
Now come on D'ERLANGER, do a Europe tour please!
-
First two are horrible. Third is mediocre, would've been better if they left out the album name in my opinion.

I thought this was the worst single out of the last three. But you cannot always be perfect. This one's just good. The title track is fine, but not as amazing as the past singles. I do not feel the power I felt with their last singles. The arrangement is cool, but it lacks emotion. Kinda. I have mixed feelings about the Lost Generation replay: I think the original is better but they did create an interesting new version of it. Their remixes are always forgettable IMO. So is this one. After hearing it once I couldn't be bothered to listen to it again as I always prefer the original song over a remix.

Wow. I wasn't expecting this at all. I'm very excited. As said before, the recording quality of that album wasn't very good... I'm very curious to see how this turns out.

7.「愛??棺??中???? (Love inside the coffin) 8.「赤?羊??よる晩??会?? (Dinner party due to the Red Sheep) Errrr Let's just wait and see, I guess

Oh wow. I feel stupid now for not knowing that. Thanks for the info.

Genesis of Mind is the greatest song they ever made. Amazing they performed it. Sad that I couldn't be there. Oh well. And Back Line Beast is a new song they played? Did they say anything about it? Like... new single or something?
-
Crap video. Good song. It's not their best ballad but it's still nice.
-
I like the title, it shows their intellect.

This is MUCH better than the piece of shit X-RAYS was (except for a few songs). My thoughts in short: Dual Assault: not too interesting but it does the job as an intro, but nothing more than that - 6/10 Setsuna no Kono: pretty good, already liking it more than the past singles - 7/10 Duality: expected a bit more because it's the title song, but it's enjoyable as well - 7/10 Cursed Hurricane: I don't like this anymore, because of the vocals mostly, it does not fit on this album and it's below average - 5/10 Femme Fatale: very cool song, you can rock out on this one - 7/10 False Dawn: most beautiful melodies yet, I love the guitar here - 8/10 Lower World: again very nice, this shows what SCREW should be doing - 8/10 Ancient Rain: better than the other single Cursed Hurricane, also fits in the album more - 7/10 Inferiority Complex: we hear some more X-RAYS influences here in the distorted screaming parts, but hell, the guitar riffs and the clean singing is all very nice so - 6/10 M.R.T: not digging the vocal effects here, guitar riffs are good to rock out on but very standard - 5/10 Jail Breaker: it sounds like the vocalist is puking here... all the way from beginning till the end - 3/10 Rosary: much better than the last two songs, and probably my favorite of the entire album, love the chorus - 9/10 As Cold As Marble: good to finish with, nothing is amazing about this song but everything is good - 7/10

LOL they don't know the rules of chess. First thing I thought when I saw Phones signature. They need to watch out for copying themselves. I heard some vocal melodies which I'm sure were copied from other songs and only slightly adjusted. Especially in the title song. It isn't bad by any means, but not very impressive either. Just enjoyable. Same goes for the other songs. Grand Master however is better than the other songs on the single. So 7.5/10 for that and 6.5/10 for the rest.

This is pretty damn cool. I'm excited too
