Can't make any sense of the first one, but in RenYuS if you start reading the 2nd syllable backwards and then the 1st one in normal order, you can get "suiren" (睡蓮 - スイレン), which means "water lily" and is a popular song title choice among VK artists.

oops, I completely forgot about ammonite and Ink too lol hell, even Chandelier was good, although I wasn't a big fan of it when it came out.
 
As far as albums go, though, Pura's been really solid for at least a decade now imo. Utsusemi and Donna Donna are my personal favorites and what I consider their second peak creatively, but I like all the others almost the same.

I was walking through the city when I came across this piece of graffiti.

Honeymoon ver. Basically both videos played together. Really cool concept.

^ Glad that you enjoyed it overall, I think it's a great and sinister tale.
 
I also recommend the novel it was based on, "Falling Angel" by William Hjortsberg (written almost a decade before the movie adaptation, but no less creepy!).

I haven't been following too many bands so I'll say that Plastic Tree's 落花 is my favorite this month~
A few other vkei releases I listened to were alright, I preferred the B-side for 最終電車, and actually I enjoyed 君ノ”心臓”ニ恋シテル more for SCAPEGOAT, haha.  That catchy chorus grew on me~ =]

Watched Angel Heart last night!  It was kind of hard to follow, but the ending left a rather ominous feeling.
And although it's different from Jacob's Ladder story wise I think the dark atmosphere from the two do measure pretty well.
