I don't care for them because everything they do is mimic bands I already like (but often worse, the exception here is Disreign's latest stuff) which means there's no point in listening to them.

Cool, har du typ FB eller något så man kan komma i kontakt med dig, haha?

Not fond of Diru doing self-covers in general so I don't look forward to the ash cover at all, I hope the title track will be good at least.

Their early stuff is some of the best nagoya kei ever. This is such a classic.

Hisame will participate in a session band on the 3rd of march at Ikebukuro Black Hole. Drummer is Rosshi, but it doesn't say who they're refferring to. I'm kinda guessing Kuroyuri's support drummer but idk.

Jag bor också i Skåne! @gwsm också. Bor du i närheten av Malmö? Vi träffas ibland och lyssnar/snackar vk och dricker öl. Hade varit kul med fler som delar intresset, haha!

Man, their early years were so damn amazing.

I think their take on C.Y. Head was pretty nice, although it's difficult to beat Kuroyume so it doesn't compare to the original obviously

Toguro is definitely the better one of the two albums, that's for sure. But yes, they're starting to drift away more and more from the Gossip I know and love. The Kimi ga ano yo ni single was kind of a throwback to their early stuff imo and I had hoped for them to keep going in that direction, but I guess Yukika also wants them to get popular so... Kudaranai sekai ga bokutachi wo koroshiteku sounds like a tribute to the eternal band Garasu which is really nice. Highlights for me: R-18, Ameonna, Kubichonpa, Nounaimassatsu.

Probably my favorite Swedish rapper atm, I'm not sure how many of you are interested but I'll post two songs anyway lol. Idk if it's enjoyable if you don't understand Swedish but I think he has a nice flow. Also the beat for Suedi is so addicting.

@Mamo Yeah, basically. Indies LUNA SEA will be opening act. At the last Lunatic fest. they had more make-up, black clothes etc to resemble their early days. The setlist they had at last Lunatic fest was: 06/27 1. CHESS 2. MECHANICAL DANCE 3. SHADE 06/28 1. FATE 2. SUSPICIOUS 3. SHADE I don't think you should expect demo tape songs tbh, but from their debut and IMAGE at least. (They did play NIGHTMARE once during their Kurofuku gentei gig back in... 2010? though).

LUNACY has been announced as opening act for both days (surprise). Next announcement 16th of february.

MOUFU WO MAITE KUBITSURI JISATSU KUSURI WO NONDE YAKUBUTSU JISATSU excellent lyrics. jokes aside, the song sounds great. they actually played this when i saw them live in december so I'm excited that it's the first single they release after that. also: the actual 蜉蝣 successor I needed [2] yukika should be crying over not picking up the next homage kei band

"Finished the last parts of the CD jacket with Akira. He has a nice taste so I didn't really need to make any input. Please enjoy Mirage mini album "BURIAL" and live album "LIVE ARCHIVE 1997-1999". I'm happy it's a mini they're releasing and not just a single (which I initially thought).

I might be late to the party but the worst part about the dir en grey fandom is people who take this band so damn serious and follow them acting like it's a religious cult or something. Chill the fuck out. Who gives a rats ass if some 15 year old girl screams Kyo-chan or likes the band because she likes the members? In the end, if the western fanbase would only consist of people who think they're better than every other fan then the band wouldn't tour overseas, so these fangirls that y'all hate pay their bills in the end. I'm sure they're more appreciative of them than someone who buys a demo tape for 20,000 yen and generates zero cash to the actual members.
