it would be cool if it was all allocated somewhere. the VK stuff that is on discogs is usually tagged pretty well. Through that, I found the same recording and mix/master engineers who were behind a tooon of lareine/versailles/hizaki/matenrou opera releases
Yes, the main source for this and other types of information about music releases is the booklets. But, since they're not easily available, you can check Discogs.
I should've been more clear, what I amg looking for is more like a music copyrights database. Most vk bands ain't that big to have to care about royalties and shit, but they surely have to register their stuff for copyrights protection, right? Like a government IP database, or smh
