At school we learned to motivate the kids by encouraging them when they worked hard. But it seems from who I learned this, doesn't act like a real teacher should., but instead this teacher is giving me a hard time and demotivating me. -sigh- //worstdayever.

  Plus you don't hear her saying "oh you did a good job" or "well done". Instead you get "oh this is no good or not enough, work harder" yeah right~
