It's odd that they're not visiting UK, but their new European label who promote and released the latest CD is based in UK?

For those who pre-ordered "THE UNRAVELING" on YesAsia here are some bad news:

It was revealed through YOHIO official YouTube-channel that 2nd Japan Single is "REVOLUTION". Also, cover artwork and content on DVD for Japanese Limited Edition is revealed: DVD: 1. REVOLUTION PV 2. メイキング・ザ・レコーディングス(ライヴ、オフショット他)

I was looking in the CD booklet of my English Version today, it says that Sakura, falling (english version) 桜の欠片 (japanese version) is composed by GACKT & YOHIO. It is a ballad song with traditional japanese sound

I like DDS, and most of the songs are really good, but I'm quite bored over the sound now, they should create something new instead - like they did with RINKAKU. But like I said in page 3 I'll stay neutral until I hear the full CD.

I totally agree, i'm quite bored of this sound now. I'm quite sure that "Unraveling" IS in fact a DDS leftover. Makes me think it was stupid of me to order the Deluxe Limited Edition - i'm not excited at all (because it turned out to be a remake-mini album) Btw, back on topic: Don't know if anyone already mentioned it, but there will be a European Edition with 4 bonus tracks. Digital/Streaming will be released same date as Japanese release, CD-release date is still TBA.

Actually I expected him to win so I'm very disappointed. I voted like 10 times on him.

YOHIO finished on 2nd place in the final of Melodifestivalen 2013 tonight with total 133 points. He recieved the most votes from the televoters (103 points) but was defeated by international jurys favorite Robin Stjernberg who won with 166 points. YOHIO got only 30 p from the international jury.

I will definitely vote for YOHIO on Saturdays final, at least 10 times because most of all other songs are not good at all. Although you are wrong about the TV viewers for Melodifestivalen, I think the biggest viewer are familys with small kids.. All the "good" music was voted out... BREAK the BORDER will probably be a good album, I'll buy the Japanese Lyrics Ver. I think.

They will probably work with the lead track PV for the Japanese Lyrics version after Melodifestivalen is over. I can almost swear that Heartbreak Hotel will not be included in Japanese lyrics ver. and that the album has got another lead track. YOHIO is unknown and a brand new artist in Sweden so they are really (I mean really) pushing hard on that he is a "superstar in Japan", he's into visual kei and the fact that he studied Japanese all by himself etc etc etc. Melodifestivalen is the biggest TV show in Sweden and it's a perfect oppertunity for unkown artists to get famous. Newcomers are forced to compromise, they have to choose: Either they are participating, but must sing a song written by another composer (it's rare that they are allowed to sing their own composed songs), the other option is not to participate and must find their own way to become known in Sweden (which is very difficult when Melodifestivalen is dominated on the Swedish single/album charts). So yeah you could say he sold himself to Melodifestivalen over a shitty song (He actually wanted to compete with his own song). But hopefully people will like the album more than this low quality Heartbreak Hotel. When it comes to the music video, according to YOHIO the song Heartbreak Hotel is taking part in Tokyo so it's quite natural that they shot the PV there... But yeah the music video is really lulz, at least the "throwing table" part.

Like Slsr said, Heartbreak Hotel is not composed by YOHIO (he only wrote lyrics), and this is his Melodifestivalen 2013-song (Swedish newspaper and other social media sites are saying he might be the winner, final is this Saturday March 9th, if he wins he will represent Sweden in Eurovision Song Contest) So I wouldn't say Heartbreak Hotel has such huge inpact on how the album will sound like. YOHIO has composed all songs on the album, and "Heartbreak Hotel" will probably not be included in the Japanese Lyrics version. He has said in interviews that he don't think Japanese fans would like that song because it has such a western sound (read: Eurovision-sound).

English lyrics version of "BREAK the BORDER" will be released one month earlier than planned 2013-03-27 due to Melodifestivalen. Artwork cover is revealed: BREAK the BORDER English Lyrics Version (Sweden/Europe Release) BREAK the BORDER (通常盤) Japanese Lyrics Version (Japan Release) Tracklist has not been revealed yet though.

I like how they're giving their mini album titles with data extensions. Slivers.exe and MESSIAH.bat, what's next, third mini album being a .dmg?

Interesting choice of cover artwork. I never thought baroque would use band photos on their album covers.
