Huh. The most recent stuff has been hit-or-miss with me, but it's still a surprising announcement since it seemed like they had a lot going on. Is this going to turn into some sort of weird AvelCain x Lycaon Shimizuya Records frankenstein band? Or perhaps the label is in hot water, since now 2/3 of their active groups are gone.

I just listened to their new singles on youtube and the sound better than I was expecting. I even liked the full version of "Moon," when originally I didn't think I'd like it at all. "Wana" was kinda lame though, and I tend to dislike ballads in general, so "yakouchuu" was just ehh.

I wouldn't be surprised if Wataru from Liphlich had stuff done.

Let us cleanse these foul streets. I haven't played any Souls games for more than an hour, so I'm curious as to how it will differ from Bloodborne. I heard combat is much much slower, with emphasis on blocking and armor as opposed to rolling and being 1-shotted.

I really liked this album and I definitely agree that it's a lot more mature than their first release. Their PV track is fantastic--I like the dissonant and math-y guitar work and the change of general timbre is surprisingly refreshing. They're definitely branching out--while they're still doing the dark-rock meets nu-metal thing well, this album doesn't stick to just that formula, like the post-hard-core inspired "セイオン" and groovier "あー。" I didn't know there was a PV for that song, btw: Visually, too, their current look is :eye_emoji: :eye_emoji: :eye_emoji:
